I've been going here for 3-4 years and have never had a problem up until today. Veronica and Caroline are great, they're super nice and helpful so the actual visit itself went smoothly. However, I recently changed insurance and was called last week to fix it. I called back, gave them the new information, and was told that everything was all set. This morning I received a text to put my insurance in (again), so I quickly did it before the appointment but unfortunately it wasn't processed before I could get there.

When I arrived, the lady running the front office told me that my insurance wasn't working. She was rude when I was confused, and dismissive when I told her that I had taken several steps to make sure that it was working. Because of this I waited a bit and during this time she thought I had left the waiting room and called me a "little girl" to her coworker. It was a very negative experience up until actually seeing Caroline/Veronica.

When I was waiting for my insurance to go through I also watched the next women behind me get turned away because she had made an appointment months ago for a service that they weren't even offering for this day.
