I am a patient who interacts with a lot of doctors and specialists because I am medically complicated.
My primary care doctor here - Dr. Petito - is an OUTSTANDING physician and one of the best healthcare professionals I've ever worked with. She's very compassionate, takes as much time as is necessary to listen to and understand my concerns, and is generally right on top of things in helping me manage my (complicated) care. The few times there have been issues, she's been very quick to take accountability and find a solution. She talks about the importance of the doctor-patient relationship and I strongly believe she means what she says. Again, I am a complicated patient, so I will also add that a lot of "behind-the-scenes" coordination with other providers and healthcare agencies falls to my primary care office - I am not an easy patient but I generally feel very comfortable here.

I will say I've had issues at times with getting an appointment, and there are sometimes miscommunications with the administrative staff. My impression is that they are trying to manage a very challenging patient volume because there are very serious shortages across the entire healthcare industry. It can sometimes be frustrating, but I am never under the impression that it's because any of them are just lazy or don't care - it seems like they are just trying to manage their patient volume as effectively as possible. That is why I am not removing a star.

The care my husband receives from Dr. Bunker is exceptional. My husband is blessed to have such a knowledgable and caring doctor. The entire team at this clinic display a high level of professionalism and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

I've been in excruciating pain on and off since early May: was not able to get an appointment until at least a month or so out, so I focused on a holistic/supplemental solution as an alternative. Since the summer it's gotten worse again and I tried to request an appointment on 9/27 via patient gateway. ZERO response from anyone. I just had to call in for an appointment today and the receptionist was short with me and pretty much hung up on my face. Depending on how this follow-up appointment goes (NO appointments available for 3 weeks even though I'm in serious pain), no matter how much I like my primary care doctor, I will be looking for a new provider at another practice/office almost certainly because of the receptionists and scheduling issues/my provider's non-existent availability since May 2023. Unacceptable.

Is there a primary care shortage this place? I only got one chance to see my primary care doctor this year. All the appointments are several months away. I can only get my annual exam scheduled till January next year. Funny. What’s the point of having a primary care doctor if they can’t give you basic primary care? Front desk is rude. They are not here to help you solve any problems.

Given the run around no follow up poor service——
I called in at 9:03 to schedule an appointment to have them have a nurse call me before we can schedule anything.. i called back after waiting 2 hours to have them say no you have to wait 3-4 hours for a nurse to contact you. Now it’s hour 4 I’ve called 3 times already and now said they will send a message to the nurse…. Did not apologize for inconvenience VERY unprofessional and unorganized I stated to schedule an appointment regardless of the fact that I haven’t spoken with a nurse they refused said only the nurse can schedule appointments (false) changing my care and I suggest you do to

Dr. bunker is the best doc I have had yet. He actually listens to your concerns and needs and is prompt about giving you the health care you need. The office is much nicer and cleaner than the one in Chelsea and the parking is super convenient. All staff is very friendly

The doctors are excellent, but the front desk, HORRIBLE! They are RUDE and Disrespectful! How do they work around people but have no respect for the patients. Seriously maybe they should be retrained on how to work with the public. I give what I get. So if they give me an attitude, I'm giving it right back.
