Complete unprofessional front desk employees. And they lied about everything. You shouldn't be anywhere in the Healthcare business if you are rude, unprofessional, uneducated, or careless.

Personally, I have been coming here for years now.. these comments I have read are definitely spot on. I do agree that the front desk staff are really really rude. I just don't understand what is wrong with society nowadays it seems like everybody's always uptight always on edge, even the Walgreens pharmacy in Everett square you call those people and then they yell at you on the phone they're rude, they won't even give you a chance to speak they just cut you off in other words like you're speaking too slow hurry up I got other customers they won't even take the time to listen to you. I just don't understand it like it's like everyone's always on edge everyone has an attitude everyone's miserable where is the love? It's like nobody has respect for nobody anymore. It's very very rare nowadays you come across a nice person if you get a chance. I definitely agree that the front desk staff they definitely need a lot of work because honestly they don't care about the patients I feel like they're just there about the money that's it it's like looking at their faces they're miserable and it's like they don't want to be here. One of them even yelled at me, the one with the glasses and the curly hair I don't know her name I think it's the one with the brown hair and the curly glasses she yelled at me last year and I should have reported her which I don't know why I didn't. I would hate to leave just for the simple fact that my doctor is here and I've never had a bad experience she is always patient and always sensitive to my needs but honestly if the disrespect that I have been getting from these front desk people like if it doesn't stop I will not hesitate to seek better care somewhere else. And my opinion, I think they need to have a new front desk receptionist team in my opinion.

Wow these other reviews are spot on. I was harrassed by the receptionist Debbie. I had spoken to a nurse on patient gateway about a form I needed filled out for my son's dentist appointment. I dropped it off, within 10 mins Debbie called me I didn't realize since I was shopping and when I called I waited for a long time and since it was Friday at 4:45 and they close at 5 I said I'll call Monday. The receptionist called me twice Monday morning, called my husband and the dentist office?!she wanted more information which I explained to the nurse all ready. Then when I called she was so rude. I then wrote the nurse asking her to explain the all the information I have on patient gateway already. And guess who calls me 5 min s later...Debbie acting even ruder that I left a message. This feels like harassment from somebody who doesn't need my information for the doctor and nurse to fill out a form.

This clinic is exactly what I hoped I would find for my family. Every single person working there that I have encountered has been fantastic. Multiple staff members are at least bilingual. They have worked my twins in quickly Or referred us out honestly when we can’t be seen same day. Dr. Carl Malm is a gift to my kids and the adults and brings a genuine joy that is rarely found in healthcare. You can complain about the facilities not being brand new if you want, but every doctors office has the same equipment. You can’t replace these people. I can’t refer them enough.

The front desk staff is rude. Their level of professionalism is subpar and seem bored with their job. Clearly MGH does not vet front desk staff before hiring them. I love my doctor but will be taking my business elsewhere because of the unmitigated rudeness of front desk staff.

I continue to be very disappointed with the lack of patient customer service and the simple courtesy this clinic shows. I was hopeful that because of representing Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) they would take greater steps to hire or prepare secretaries/reception staff to assist patient in a considerable way. They fail to show this demeanor. I have the simplest issue of making an appointment with a doctor. If it was not for the fact that I have an amazing doctor (highly recommended) Dr. Krishnamarty, then I would all together leave this clinic.

DR MALM has changed my life for the better! It has in my opinion gotten so much better here. Besides long waiting period of getting appointments I think they great!
