I have been going to this facility for over a year now and of all the health centers, I have been to this one is the best. Rachel Heath and Patty Weaver are just two amazing human beings that really care about the people they help. They have help me so much in my journey to getting better and Always go above and beyond to help. As my doctor Rachel is amazing and caring. Patty as my nutritionist goes above and beyond and is always available when I have any questions even helping me when I have problems at my pharmacy and I know that’s not a part of her job description but like I said ABOVE AND BEYOND. MHC is Lucky to have Rachel and Patty:)

Ask for a copy of the notes for your appointment. You will find inaccuracies. I had an appointment with Rachel Heath, where she said I had been offered a ct pelvic exam, when she never ever offered it, and that I had refused it! This never happened .This caused a delay in my care and can make it seem like a patient is refusing treatment.
I called the clinic and was in touch with the director Mr Ricardo Gasatlon and surely he said he would look into it by then communication just stopped. I’ve called and left multiple voicemails and nothing . There’s a reason this location has such a low rating.

I have been with Dr. Petrak for a year in which I have had my illness exacerbate with much scaring on my face and body.. He through various phone diagnosis has treated me as if it must be in my head, I must be picking at things, I must be a drug addict and finally luckily I decided to get another opinion and found out I have had lupus. So thank you so much for all your time. Doctor Petrak, the gastric issues, the skin issues, fingertips and everything else you were unable to diagnose in any way. Your bedside manner sucks. You're rushing people faster than it takes to diagnose a car, and personally your quick rapid jumps for diagnosis lack skill and professionalism. I think you have much to learn and are a detriment rather than a solution to our medical problems. Thanks for the facial scars, I wonder how many more I would have before you connected the dots. So please go on and live your life and respond to this while I live physically scared, great job hack! Thank God there are doctors out there who know what they're doing and I am now on a wonderful treatment program with steroids.

I give 3 stars to be neutral. I was planning to make an appointment. New patient, new facility, new doctor, but the reviews are awful. Last good one was 4 years ago I think I read. Maybe I will give them the benefit of doubt and try. If I do thete will be a retraction, loads of details and pictures. Good or bad. Seems like they like the government forgets they work for us. We're the customer they serve. Hope things turn around soon.

Doctors, Physician Assistants, NP and nurses listen and have good ideas. Overall decent, but have noticed over prescribing and over testing to rack up billing. If you go along with everything a doctor recommends to test and prescription to try, you will spend a lot of money and have your time sucked up. Then more office visits to follow up since you won’t get the results over the phone. Takes forever!
The receptionists are always having loud and inappropriate conversations. There is a consistent lack of communication. And they talk as if the patients in the waiting room can’t hear them.
We have had tests that we never got results from and 3 referrals that were never sent.
Recently we called trying to see if an order for blood work has come in from a referred Specialist. No answer several times and still no return call to our messages. We want to come in and spend money for blood work, you would think they would call back!
The support team to the medical providers are hurting this office. We are moving our family somewhere else. Sorry.

I completely understand the hardship of trying to recieve healthcare and how backed-up the MHC facilities are. I understand it is not the receptionist fault for the system we are in. For my understanding I would like appreciate the same, yet the receptionists at Flowing Wells do no want to give it.
For the first appointment (after waiting over a month) I was called and asked if I could come in early. I did not recieve this message until I was about the board the bus . I called back and stated I could not make it earlier and if it was okay that I was on my way. I was told this was fine. When I arrived, no one mentioned I would not be seen. It was not until I waited for 20-30 minutes I was informed it would not happen today (after taking the bus 50 minutes in the summer heat and could have avoided this whole trek).
The next two appointments have been cancelled due to an ill doctor. The appointments were both 3 weeks apart with the same excuse. I like to believe the doctor is ill, but it is suspicious the same excuse is used, especially when it seems related to me being a new patient.
A new appointment (4th) was rescheduled without asking if it would work with my schedule. When I commented this was not cool, because what if I showed up to the cancelled appointment again without being aware of the schedule change the receptionist angerly said "we are just trying to help" . Now I have recieved no follow up calls from the manager for a new schedule because I know the receptionist did not ask after we had a tense phone call.
Please treat me as a human. Please be honest. You do not know what I am going through to try and get help. I am desparately seeking medical help and mental health help while consistently being denied due to my form of insurance or there being no room. It is devasting and leaves one feeling hopeless. Just be honest with me, human to human.

Absolutely the worst. It’s my second experience with an MHC provider and I should’ve expected the level of ineptitude I got from my first. Dr. Bijin saw me for three minutes maybe less and did not address all the issues I brought up. Nor did she have any labs done which I requested. She prescribed a medication and told me to come back in a month. While scheduling the next appointment I was informed that the doctor would not see me again because “doctor is not certified to work under your insurance”....she is listed on my Insurance’s website. I was told to see a different doctor in the same office. Due to conflicting schedules I wouldn’t be able to see the new doctor for more than a month. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. My prescription is currently running out and they refuse to refill it until I see the doctor...once again I tried but due to conflicting schedules it’s not possible. I made multiple calls and the best they’d do is inform me that I needed to make an appointment a month from my first visit. Not helpful. The medication isn’t even a controlled substance (amitriptyline). The lack of compassion, care, and competence is disturbing at best and a form of medical malpractice at worst.
Edit: if staff ever reaches out to me I’ll update this review
Edit 2: staff just got back to me....took them only 2 weeks...prime example of the prompt compassionate care you’ll receive when you visit any MHC facility.

Connie Olson is hands down the best PCP I have ever had! she is very personable and respectful! i don't feel judged in situations and makes me feel super comfortable! most doctors I have seen just push pills and move on, she does not, she genuinely cares and shows it! she is a very wonderful woman and I highly recommend her if she has opening left. She deserve 3 thumbs up! ?
The staff has always been friendly and respectful! I thank everyone in this office for all their hard work! Keep it up guys! You Are The Best!
