This is the worst urgent care I’ve been to. I took my 18 months old son complaining about high fever for 5 days, a very nasty cough with phlegm, no solids for 2 days. They told me my son has a virus and to give him Tylenol and Motrin. I have 3 kids, I know what my son had was more than a simply virus. The nurse practitioner told me that she couldn’t prescribe antibiotics until my son had been running fever for 10 DAYS!. I listened to my guts and went straight to the ER. My son was severe dehydrated and with bronchitis. The nurse practitioner was clueless and wanted to go home. I should have read the reviews before stopping to that awful place. I’m sure I’m going this get an expensive bill for their incompetence.

Tried to go to their urgent care. Right after me, a father and daughter came in. Arrived before 1230, I was asked why I needed to be seen, I said I am wheezing and have a very wet cough (pretty urgent) and was turned away because the doctor was leaving, I was invited to return after 2. However the child was seen. Which is good. (So they're not leaving?) Maybe because it was eye issue and wouldn't take up much time..?
All I know is I have had more disappointing visits in the last few years, not only with urgent care, but even when I call scheduling, not to mention the non notification that my caregiver had left the location I use and just let me run out of all my meds, with their "don't leave a message for refills, call the pharmacy"
the pharmacy couldn't get an answer either. Not once did I get a return phone call. And when I called to make an appointment just to figure out what was happening the lady was so very rude about it all.
So very rude.
Now as I write all this I'm honestly wondering to myself why am I'm still a patient here?

Went there with some trepidation, given all the 1-star reviews. It took me about 10 minutes to fill out the new patient paperwork. After that I was in and out in 15 minutes. The NP prescribed the same exact meds that my regular doc (who couldn’t fit me in) normally does and they were ready at the pharmacy 30 minutes later. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The urgent care has areas to improve in but is overall very clean and quick to attend people. Joshua Gibbel, NP is always so great. His positive attitude and informative nature is really refreshing considering some doctors in the past have not always been as kind.

I was in and out of MHC Urgent Care in less than 30 minutes. They were professional and kind. My symptoms were taken seriously and I felt like they were really listening to me. I was diagnosed and a RX sent to my pharmacy. Hands down, this was the best experience that I have ever had at an Urgent Care facility.

So disappointed. I am a healthcare professional. I drove my sister all the way from Catalina to Dove Mountain Urgent care because it was recommended by her insurance. She has a severe ear infection and thrush. She just moved here so her 1st appointment with her new PCP isn't until the end of this month. I checked the hours of operation, it says open till 8pm. I arrived at 7:32 only to find I had to wait till 8:40 for anyone to check her in ( no one at the desk). Then we were told they were not taking anymore patients. My sister was in pain and they said "sorry, you'll have to come back in the morning." Guess the doors are open until 8 but you will be turned away if you come past 7:30. I will go somewhere where they care more about patient care than punching a clock. Very unprofessional. I won't drive a half an hour to go here again.

I use them regularly if my primary doesn’t have appointments available. They’re always efficient and friendly! Not usually a long wait time, but sometimes get backed up a little.

I like that we got to wait in our cars for Covid related things. So much more comfortable than an office.

Absolutely horrible. They made me stay in my car to be seen. Never checked my vitals. I was complaining of a headache that wouldn’t go away and an uncomfortable cough. They prescribed steroids and sent me home. I ended up with a severe case of bronchitis please stay away from this place. The next place I went to couldn’t believe they gave me steroids saying that they wouldn’t have helped nor could they believe I was made to stay in my car.
