If I could give zero Stars I would. I showed up on time, the door wasn't working. I literally spent 2 minutes trying to open the door, before someone opened it for me. Then my paperwork wasn't ready for new patient consult. I was signing my last signature when I was told one minute after my schedule time that I was late and I had to reschedule. I was told to be there at a certain time and I was and then I was told I had to reschedule. Unprofessional beyond. I see a lot of doctors and this has never happened to me once.

I went in for lab work. They claim in 2 weeks I'd get my results. Labs came in 3 days later. I was instructed to login to my patient portal. It shows nothing. I asked front desk staff and they said to contact Doctor. I did, but can't seen to reach her.. staff has access to records but won't give me them even after varification of who I am.. then in response to our review on Google, some ridiculous response is given for not owning up to their responsibility.. garbage.

Unbelievably poor care. Medications that never get called in. I was in with my 92 y/o MIL and they handed me paperwork for a different patient with their SS number. You never get a call back. You never get follow up on orders that don't get sent in.

This center has gone above and beyond in providing a friendly and caring environment!
Dr Lopez shows the utmost care and concern for my health. As a patient new to MHC I couldn’t be more pleased with this facility.

Worst staff of any office, act like it's a task to help their patients. Never on time, never answer their phone, never available when needed. Overall should open a doctor's office inside if the building instead of whatever joke that's being ran there. Had a hospital visit in October finally since a doctor for a follow up today. Refractured my foot and couldn't even get in to get a referral or anything. CVS minute clinic and Urgent Care are more caring and timely than this excuse for a health facility.

Don't expect to be notified when youre appointment is canceled. I drove 40 minutes and was blamed by the front desk that it was my fault . This place is a joke and their staff is nothing but a monkey in a clown suit! I wasted my time and gas and got accused of it being my fault that I didn't receive a phone call. I will never go back to that place

My husband and I both go to Ortiz for non-urgent health care. Aside from the occasional phone issue (not getting through to a human), we have been pleased with our service. We utilize various areas of the clinic (nutrition, bloodwork, etc., and have not been disappointed, especially with the personal attention and pleasant people. I do agree with others that getting through to a real person is sometimes exasperating...but that isn't very often.

Close to my house, and has online options to schedule appointments that work for you. I got blood drawn on my last visit and Ricardo was great. I’m terrified of needles but they did a great job distracting me. Overall a positive experience very through and attentive to your concerns.
