Every single time I've had dealings with this office, it's been a nightmare. You can wait several weeks for an referral. I know because this has happened to me here multiple times. I changed from a Michelle Rhodes P.A to an M.D. They have never been on time with an appointment. The lack of empathy is concerning. The misdiagnosis and poor treatment should be noted on a federal level. These offices like this and others across Tucson should be shutdown. They AREN'T helping patients, they are lining their pockets. I don't know what has happened to healthcare in the last 20 years or so but it's become blatantly obvious that it's NOT about sick people and caring for them anymore.

I really liked my initial doctor but turnover is wild! I have never been able to get an appointment with the same PCM twice so I feel like I am constantly establishing care with new doctors. Some have been great others...not so much... and care is inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's just our broken healthcare or MHC in general. I've tried multiple MHC locations also with the same results

MHC is a large health care corporation. There are problems that come with that
Scheduling can be a pain, there are certain medications they have to avoid, ETC. That aside the care team at this location tries their best and Dr. Goldstein is great. I have seen reviews saying she has poor bedside manner but that's completely false. She works well with her patients to make sure their needs are met and she's a joy to talk to.

Terrible. Only interested in my insurance and payment. No return calls. No care. No follow up. Rude and unhelpful. Find a witch doctor before these pass-the-buck robots.

I recently went there to talk and get a pelvis exam from Linda Ahm gynecologist. And she did not do the exam and when she asked why I was there I told her my concerns and she was talking to me like if I was just some dumb girl that was just complaing about my pain that didnt understand menstrual cycles! I thought maybe coming to her, she would have more sympathy and actually care about my concerns. I couldn't even get a word in because she was just telling me everything was normal with me. It seemed like her and her nurse did not care and did not want to be there. Worst experience ever. I will not ever be going back. Do better your supposed to be there for your patients and let them talk to you not treat them like if they are dumb and stupid let them ask you questions without you making them feel like they are stupid whole time she was making me feel stupid.

Whoever is answering the phones right now is the rudest person I've ever met. Trying to set up an appointment because I'm out of my pills and she was very short, She tried to say I couldn't even make the appointment because I didn't have my insurance information. Threw a bunch of medical terms at me and when I asked for clarification she said, "I didn't say that" with a snarky attitude and I couldn't deal with the constant rudeness so I hung up. It was so unnecessarily nasty and rude I'm switching providers so I never have to deal with her again. You're dealing with people with problems and concerns. Act like a human being and have common decency.

I went in today to renew my Access and get food stamps because I’m currently homeless living in my car. the staff that worked there this morning we’re exactly kind and caring they immediately got me in to see the lady who helped me out with access and then helped me apply for food stamps and before I left she directed me to one of the social worker there in the building she was kind and helped me out with seeking counseling for my behavioral health needs and additionally gave me two gift cars valued at $50 to help with some groceries and toiletries. I had a great experience there this morning thank and god bless to all the amazing staff that work there
