I went here because a friend recommended them after my previous Dr retired.The staff is helpful, the wait times are minimal, and my phone messages always get a return call.I have used their medical services and their mental health services. They have both been excellent. I also like that I can do almost everything from the comfort of my home via Zoom.

The front desk ladies are lazy. They can't look you up to see where you need to be. Instead they send you from building to building just to realize it was the correct place all along and they made me late for my appointment. Literally lazy just eating the entire time while talking to patients.

Update.. went to another dentist and turns out the filings they did here mostly need to be redone, I got them done in Jan and Feb and it's only April. They left a lot of cavity in and didn't drill all of it out. I saw the x-ray so there is no question. I'm very disappointed and wonder how many people they have made lose teeth here. Stay away unless you are getting a tooth pulled and you have no other choice. They are on time restrictions here so it may only partially be their fault but I know if I were doing this job I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I wasn't doing my job properly. Teeth are so important, it should be illegal what they are doing.
Lady from dental told my insurance co.pany that I was using the discount program and not access so they wouldn't give me a ride. I did use access for my dental emergency so thanks a lot for that !! You shouldn't even be telling them anything about me being on the dental discount anyway it has nothing to do with them at all!!! On the other hand the dentist is amazing and the office is very nice and brand new. If only the people on the phone didn't ruin it for them. I was on the phone over an hour trying to clear that up and I eventually did but it was a really bad day on top of tooth pain. Heads up to anyone coming here they do not give out pain medication even if you are rocking back in forth in pain.

Got a text meds were ready for pick up, went in, they said they returned them to the shelf. No text saying that. Had to wait to refill, quite annoying. I'd use another MHC if you could

I went there to get treated because I was feeling sick. They got me right in the same day! Both Diamond (the medical assistant) and Michelle Rhodes Gloor (FNP) were fantastic! They were friendly, confident in their respective jobs, fast, caring, etc., etc.,. Nice job ladies!

My husband is ill. Bipolar to be specific. During his last episode. I could tell he was in serious trouble. I called my husband’s case worker Ernesto to inform him that my husband had escaped. Ernesto lied to my face. Dismissed me and tried to tell me I was wrong. Ernesto said my husband didn’t fit their criteria for a danger to others. I told Ernesto someone was going to end up getting hurt if someone didn’t help him. I thought it was going to be me. I even tried to Call Ernesto’s supervisor. Maria told me they aren’t responsible for my husband. This is the facility where he is enrolled for his court ordered treatment Maria, that MAKES YOU RESPONSIBLE! Maria told me my husband was an adult and responsible for his own mental health care. Maria, my husband is seriously mentally ill as declared by the state of ARIZONA! If he could be responsible for his own mental health care, he wouldn’t need a court order. Maria said I don’t have an ROI so she can’t tell me anything. I called to give you information Maria to help my husband in effort to avoid our current situation. You FAILED HIM! TOU FAILED EVERYONE! Now all evidence points to my husband has stabbed someone. Told you he was dangerous!!!!! You IGNORED ME! Now I am telling the world! My husband may have been the one holding the knife but you all are just as guilty!!!!!!! Next time someone tells you their feel their family member is dangerous, you might want to consider THEY KNOW THEM BETTER THAN YOU!
These people are equally responsible and I want the victim, and their family to know their anger and outrage should be directed at the people who failed to help my husband!!!!!!!!!!! This could all have been avoided!

Lately every time schedule an appointment it’s cancelled, schedule after a month , then after a month this appointment is cancelled again…. And every time I have to get my medication they have to talk with my dr. Cause she has to send me to the lab, but every time to try see her my appointment is cancelled . And there is a woman in the front desk very rude. Pharmacy staff is very nice and helpful.

Dentist Arturo Sosa is amazing! He is very down to earth and cares about his customers. He always does an excellent job on my teeth and always asks how I am doing. Very professional and always has a great attitude! 100% recommend! Dental assistant Cory is also very nice and always answers my questions in a professional and positive demeanor. Love this place!
