Dr. Nieves is an amazing Dr. & an inspiring woman. She truly cares & listens to all concerns without making me feel rushed or unimportant. It may sound like something that all Dr.’s should do. They should… but they don’t. Too many have the bad habit of making a person feel like a number and/or if it’s not an easy diagnosis then it’s nothing. Dismissing symptoms and say “everything is good, see you in a year” when you know everything is NOT good. So, I thank her for not giving up on me and actually taking the time to find what was causing my symptoms and doing what was necessary to address it. I also appreciate her compassion and understanding for my sensitive emotions & the reasons behind them. Most just don't seem to care enough to take the extra couple of minutes to show some care, concern and compassion… in order to help me to feel more comfortable. It means more than I can express. So thank you for all of this, Dr. Nieves.

My scheduled appointment time was honored, as I barely waited in the comfortable waiting room to be brought back to the examination room. The PA was friendly and efficient in collecting first my new patient paperwork and after that, my vitals. Dr. DiGiacomo was great. I felt I could trust her opinion and follow up with her recommendations. I have another appointment on my calendar with her soon.

They are very nice to there patients. They take there time with. Dr. Nieves is very brief to her patients and I'm a new and they are rude and wouldn't give mammogram results because they told me to get a virtual appointment and that is why I'm not going back it is too far for me. You all should see reviews before you go there . I learned the hard way

This location makes scheduling and checking in incredibly easy. Dr. Nieves makes daunting screenings comfortable and puts your mind at ease (along with other providers I have had the chance to see). The medical assistants are also kind, helpful, and supportive. I have always been able to check in fast and be seen promptly. I highly recommend this particular facility to anybody looking for a compassionate clinic.

They are great about replying via text for appointments & such. But they are NEVER in time & never quick! I go only for a quick injection monthly but every time it takes 30-45 mins for something that takes 30 seconds

They're reliable and have gods services, but I gave them four stars because they never called me back to check my lab work. However, MomDoc is effective in person. Don't expect them to call you with results; you need to keep track of your health. In other words, you have to call them to follow up on your lab or blood test results."

While I haven’t visited this particular MomDoc location before, my first baby boy was delivered by a physician from this office.Throughout my pregnancy I was seen by various female providers, because I wasn’t sure how I’d feel to be seen by a male provider (since it was my first pregnancy). However, Dr. Rivera was exceptionally professional, personable, and made me feel at ease about the unexpected C-section that I underwent. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better physician. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Rivera, you are awesome!

Avoid this place at all costs. I have been here three times, and only once have I gotten seen. The first time I went, the wait times were excessive, and it was overall strange because the person on the phone scheduled me at some other location than the one closest to me, even though I called back to verify on my way, but they still got me in. But, the wait times are ridiculous, there is no one to check you in, and multiple times while I was sitting there waiting they told patients around me that their doctor called off and they couldn’t get them in for another appointment. They waited until these people, some pregnant, drove there in over 100 degree heat to tell them. If that wasn’t insane enough, I drove from Phoenix to Mesa for an appointment, because the one closest didn’t have an appointment for a week and a half. The first day I got there five minutes early, waited 45 mins to be seen, and then told them I had to leave because I have a dentists appointment to get to afterwards and they had absolutely no time frame as to when I would be seen. The girl I dealt with could care less, and was honestly very rude. So, they schedule me for the next day, I come in and some random girl walking around with a tablet starts to check me in, she then tries to verify my information. Mind you I told the person I made the appointment with that I had a new address, and phone number, as well as new health insurance. She then tells me I have the only health insurance they don’t take and my appointment would be $125! This is after I told them my insurance when I made the appointment, so I left. This place is seriously crazy, and so unprofessional. I would recommend going anywhere but them. They are literally out of their minds, and some of the rudest people I have ever met.
