I have been a patient of Dr M. Ross for 30 plus years and highly recommend him and all the doctors at Ross Medical Group.

This doctor's office does not care about the well-being of their patients at all. All they care about, sadly, is how they can mislead their patients into spending money on things that are not needed, as well as not taking the time to check if your insurance company covers it. They are not clear at all with what you are paying for; they genuinely try to confuse you into paying for services that aren't needed. On top of this, you are looking at a wait time of at least 2 hours past your initial time of appointment (in an empty waiting room). Dr. Castro specifically does not respond to patients ever and gives his receptionist with no social skills the task of answering questions only a doctor can answer. I would never trust this doctor's office as it is very clear they care about money rather than the well-being of their patients, which is concerning. I am writing this to make sure no one who is sick has to endure the inconvenience and stress this doctor's office causes.
