My nurse practitioner Steffany is the best ever!!!! But the office policy of which I wasn’t aware of is crazy. I owed a small balance and they charged a $25 late fee like a credit card company with interest rates!!! Omg I only owed $40 and they charging me like it’s finance charges. I’ve never heard of such foolishness!!!

This office is fantastic. The providers there are very caring and spend ever minute they can with their patients. It's sad that one person will give such a bad review on an experience that was only bad because they made it that way. This office is AMAZING and I would recommend it to anyone. You won't find care like this anywhere else!!

I am very happy I looked at the reviews on this place and took a chance. Everyone on the staff was friendly. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very nice, and seemed to really listen to me. I tend to lean more to alternative medicine, and I didn't feel judged or shamed for doing so. I'm very please with Mid America Internal Medicine.

Dr Purcell, Dr Smith and Stephanie are amazing. They have longer appts to really get to know you and discuss any problems you are having. I would highly recommend any of them.
