I was referred by my doctor in the same plaza for blood/ lab work on Wednesday. I go immediately get 3 blood vials drawn. I get a call Thursday afternoon from the lab that they need me to come back as they need to draw more blood to run a test as they did not take enough? So I drive up Saturday afternoon to have the blood drawn. I am on crutches and in considerable pain so taking the hour to travel up & back is not easy. Upon arrival I am told that the coordinator who called me did not leave any information regarding this draw request. The computer records show all items completed? So I have no idea who is responsible for this error & why the individual at the desk Saturday did not have the request & order information? I am told I can call Monday to find out. So I guess I am now responsible to find out why they have not communicated with one another & done their job? So no blood was drawn I am still in limbo waiting on test results that depended on the blood work being completed which is not noted in my online record or in the folder that she pulled from the draw. How can a patient be called & requested to come back & this information is not communicated within & apparently no one could be called today to check to assist me. Thanks for wasting my time & for putting the responsibility on me to call Monday, when I will be at work & not able to do so. I have serious concerns for a lab that does not record patient information in files or communicate in house with regarding the health needs/ orders of their patients with the appropriate staff. The clerical errors unfortunately make me question the lab overall competency.

I took my daughter to UC today after she cut her leg. She got about 6 stitches by PA Stephanie. She had a great bedside manner. Very efficient and extremely pleasant. She deserves an A+ for a job well done!

Have visited this office several times over the past couple years. The staff is always extremely pleasant and the NPs and doctors on duty are exceptional. I have seen Dr. Fitzgerald twice and while every doctor has been good he has been above and beyond. I had a piece of glass stuck in my finger that he went hard at work on for over 30 minutes during a busy day. Even though he was ultimately unable to remove the glass and I had to see a specialist he gave it more effort than any other doctor I know would have. He has a fantastic bedside manner as do all the other amazing care facilitators I’ve seen at this location. I prefer going to them over my PCP next door at hopkinton internal medicine. 5 stars all day.

Disappointed!! After waiting more than 2 hours with my daughter who had dizziness and vomiting, they told me that they do not administer IVs. And instead of offering to transfer her to the hospital so I don't have to wait for who knows how many more hours, the Dr. told me to make the arrangements myself, call another urgency room or go to the ER. And to top it all off, she sends us home without doing labs or giving to my daughter medications to take at home. Completely disappointed by the service of the Dr. This is the first and the last time visiting this place.

For local initial treatment of many ailments, this is a welcome option. It is important to understand the role of the facility if ranking it. This is a first stop and nothing more. Simple matters can be treated here. Anything complex will be referred to specialists at a proper facility. They know their role well here.

Attached is also a lab that takes blood and other samples, along with X-Rays. Even if you are in a different network, the records are available to your Doctor!!! When I need blood work, the Doctor sends the orders here, and they take care of it.

During COVID, it was overwhelmed, like most healthcare providers. Now, wait times are reasonable and the options and outcomes are explained well.

Extremely disappointed and scared for the future of American healthcare. We arrived at 3:55PM on a Sunday when closing is 5PM and they had locked the doors! When I called, they said they were at capacity so I looked into the waiting room and it was completely empty. I called and they recommended we go to Milford as they had plenty of space. We had just had a newborn baby and came home TODAY and we found out our son had a major sore throat and probably strep. Still, not a care in the world and turned us away. So we headed to Milford, check out my review on that one because it gets even better!

What a great experience I had. I had to see someone as my GP was unavailable.
I went to this Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised how I was treated. The receptionist was friendly and a delight to speak with. The Nurse Practitioner, Morgan, was just terrific! Morgan was professional very informative and very patient. She listen to me and answers all my questions in plain English. I never felt rushed or imposing on her time.
A terrific “bed side manner” that I wish more healthcare providers had.
She was a pleasure to meet.

Shout out to the team of nurses and radiologist! My daughter started with a fever some days ago. After being unable to get a diagnosis from the pediatrician, my daughter finally got one here. Nurses were caring, understanding and thorough with my little one and I cannot express how much my family and I are grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Keep it up!
