The company never informed of any type of copay until I received a bill. Also never informed that it was just a rental. I never received updated tracking and the pediatric wheelchair didn’t arrive until 2 weeks after I ordered it. When I called to ask how to re turn it no one even knew it was a rental or how to get it picked up. I was informed that they had a tech that would be able to pick up and they would text me prior to showing up. The tech never texted me just showed up and then informed they couldn’t get on base and they could let me know when they had a tech that is able to get on base. Poor communication and the price I was charged I could have bought a wheelchair outright.

I needed a nebulizer for my daughter. The doctor's office dropped the ball and I needed this asap. I called MMS and spoke to "Isaac." He helped me out right away and said we'll get it shipped out ASAP. Thanks Isaac for the AWESOME & EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! A+++++ 5-Star employee!!!
