This place overcharged me more than 2 fold for the same procedure code as PAMF Palo Alto (over $3000 more). They refused to acknowledge that they were overcharging after numerous attempts to reason with them. Take your health treatments elsewhere.

I am a adolescent teen. I can honestly say this place has helped me the most out of all the places I've been to, its overall a 5 star rating there are so many good nurses they gave me the best advice and helped me through so much while I was there. There were 4 nurses that helped me alot their names are (jaspereet, Jonathan, Mary, bartie) they gave me so much help through my overthinking they are really nice and I really appreciate them for helping me they would make sure I was ok whenever they had the chance they also helped me get through some of my ptsd episodes witch I'm grateful for. I appreciate all the people that helped me through this. I liked this place alot

I called this hospital, and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY callous. He was very rude and either refused to answer my questions or did so with a very mean tone. All of them were well intentioned but were greeted with derision and disrespect. For a healthcare employee, he showed an alarming lack of compassion for my circumstances. Horrible experience. It’s crazy that these people are allowed to work in healthcare. I would give this man 0 stars if it was an option.

I had my mastectomy done this past year at mills and because I am a type I diabetic on an insulin pump, my surgeon suggested I stay overnight to be monitored. My endocrinologist had even spoken to mills endocrinologist in advance to plan how they were going to manage my blood sugars post surgery. However I never saw the endocrinologist and she never communicated with the nurses who were caring for me. I had very high blood sugars post surgery that were not managed and the iv had dextrose which they were supposed to stop if my sugars were high. Nurses had never seen an insulin pump either! I thought I was in a third world country given the low quality of care I received post surgery.

Went here for an xray. The staff at the radiology from the checkin all the way to the technicians were so great. I needed that care and kindness after a tough day and they were perfect. I was in and out in may be 10 minutes. Thanks again for the great service and attitude. Something thats hard to come across these days. You guys rock!!

I went here for a chest x-ray which needed 2 pictures. I was probably in & out (of the facility) in 15 minutes. To be fair the tech was kind & patient. I received a bill for $600 which is ridiculously high. The insurance paid $150 and now I am stuck with paying $450. I called other radiology services in the area and was given a price of $75-$125 for 4 pictures. So out of pocket, I would probably $40.
Before you go here for non-emergency lab, radiology, etc, I would recommend you shop around. This feels like a complete rip off.

Awful service. I scheduled an appointment and in the confirmation I was told to come at 10:15. I arrived on time and apparently the scheduling system had a problem and the clinic had my appointment at 9:30. The team was very unpleasant even though I showed them the confirmation of the appointment. They refuse to accept me although it was their mistake and was sent home with appointment only in three weeks! Awful disrespect for patients and their time. I will never come back there.

On Oct.4, I had a routine CT scan in the Radiology Department, 2nd floor. Technicians there happened to notice that I had a bandage on my hand. When they asked about it, I told them it was for a bee sting. They immediately went to work, without my even asking, to put on a much better bandage with extra padding for comfort. I think that bandage did actually help to cure the bee sting faster, and I was so proud of it! I don't know of any other hospital which has such caring personnel, with so much medical expertise. Thank you!
