This counseling business shows it's core values! I have been seeing Amber since Jan 2024 and she has Changed my life! By showing me the way to change my own! The practices they teach are instrumental! It took me 42 years of my life to learn How to live a true happy, fulfilled life, filled with love and gratitude daily! Any negative news or emotions are not even serious anymore to me. I now have the tools to understand, feel and respond to my own thoughts, feelings and reactions and control them with full awareness! I only thought I knew how to live before. Being able to live in this mindset and release all my fears, anxiety, insecurities and anything that is no longer serving me is liberating! I FINALLY have a peace within that I have never known. I am protecting my peace! Amber helped me heal my past trama to be able to change my life! The worst year of my life turned into the best year of life! I am clear, my heart is centered, my mind is intentionally free! I can't Thank Amber and this establishment enough!!! Give them the opportunity to help you heal and live your life the way that you want to and can! They can show you the way!!

When calling to making an appointment for a serious issue, I was asked for my Medicare number. Since this was my first visit & I don’t know this place, I declined. (I don’t like to give this information over the phone) She, lady that makes appointments, says if she can’t run my card, then She can’t make an appointment. I asked why? She said well we don’t know if you have paid your co pay or if you have additional insurance. I told her she could just ask me. So I answered those questions. Then I explained that the worst case scenario would be that I had zero insurance and that I would have to pay for the appointment myself and wouldn’t she agree? She agreed. Then she said, then I will need your credit card number. I said absolutely not. Once again she said that without it she could not schedule an appointment. I stated that this was becoming a little ridiculous. I said I would come early and she could run my insurance prior to my visit and if they weren’t happy with that, then I would pay PRIOR to my visit. She still said no. I said this is not a good way to start a relationship with me. Why do you want my credit card so badly? She said because I might not show up to the appointment-they needed to be able to CHARGE me.
I will be looking elsewhere.
Take that information for whatever it’s worth. To me, they are much more worried about my credit card than they are about me. God forbid you have financial difficulty and a mental health crisis at the same time and are relying on them. I don’t want to find out.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to say that Dr. Jane deserves a review for being amazing to me. First of all, I have had psychologists before, and never realized that I needed someone like Dr. Jane. She is truly amazing and what I mean is that she actually listens to you. She just doesn't tell you things and doesn't care of what you have to say. She really listens to you and then is able to help you with a great diagnosis. I came to her when I needed someone that could help me through the bar exam. This is a very challenging thing for anyone, and she helped me through this very hard time. So, I really thank her for her help and anyone reading this should contact her to discuss what they are challenged with. She will truly help you. Thank you Dr. Jane!

I would give zero stars if I could. I never even made it to the office. The intake process was difficult, phone tag etc. When u try to call back their voice mail is full. I was told they would mail me intake forms and I never received and when I called to tell them I was shamed for waiting till the morning of my appt. That I had waited weeks, when it had only been 10 days. I was not told on the phone that I would be charged before the appt. The man a spoke to was rude and hung up on me. I will be telling my primary doctor to please for the health and sanity of thier patients do not refer them to this establishment.

I want to express how thankful I am for Dr Jane, Kathy and her admin staff. Josh called me within an hour after I left a message inquiring about services and to make an appointment. He was kind. He asked me a few questions and explained step by step the first appointment process so I would know what to expect. I immediately felt a sigh of relief.
Dr. Jane is one in a million. I am thankful that I recognized this is something special and all that she does is part of the process on how to get healed. She is to the point, doesn't tell you just what you want to hear. She didn’t counsel me in “bandaid” language. She helped me with narcissistic trauma I experienced in my childhood. She helps people with trauma by dealing with the part of the brain the trauma is in, the unconscious part of the brain; not in the conscious part of the brain, which is what talk therapy does. I recently finished 9 months of intense therapy and I am totally healed of all my historical symptoms. I am enjoying life, I know my worth and living in the present.
Dr. Jane cares deeply about her patients. She is very responsive to her patients & will call them back right away if they text or leave a message that they are in an emergency. I have experienced this quick response when I have reached out, I am so grateful.
I also did work with Kathy, the therapist trained by Dr. Jane, to do specific energy work on the specific part of the brain with trauma. Kathy is a remarkable, kind shining light. The treatment helped me discover things about myself and to be a new person. I will be forever grateful for them. I am so thankful I trusted the process.

have been in therapy all of my life. I was never helped. I stayed as sick as I always was with PTSD from a vicious sadistic narcissistic mother.

Then I found Dr. Jane and Kathy. I was very very weak in body and mind. Dr. Jane and Kathy were very sweet and I immediately felt I could trust them.
That was a good gut feeling. They are now in the process of saving my life. I am now slowing getting better and less and less reactive from my past.We are doing Energy Psychology and inner subconscious.I am so happy I am getting better.

I dealt with Joshua in the business office and he was very very patient and very nice. He always helped me. He always spoke kindly to me and helped me with any issue I had.

If I texted Dr. Jane because she tells her patients that if it's something urgent to text her and she'll call you as quickly as she can,she would always call me pretty quickly and squeeze me into the 10 minute break she had between her sessions. She is there for me 100%! I am thankful to her and to her staff.

I can't say enough praise and appreciation to the Staff at Mind Body Therapeutics. I came to them after years and months of inadequate help by a workers comp system that is so uneducated on how to handle a person suffering from PTSD. I was so lucky to find Dr. Jane and the staff at Mind Body Therapeutics.

From the first time virtual meeting with Dr. Jane was straight and to the point and told me if I do the work this will work and she couldn't have been more right. Dr. Jane explains the process up front and I have to say you might have your doubts when hearing but I promise you trust the process and do the work, take notes, and do the meditation because it has changed my life and the new me is on the road to success once again.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and getting me on a new path of happiness and joy. Thank you again Jane and Kathy!!!!
