Feedback on Recent Experience with Mindpath Provider

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Mindpath, as I believe it is important to highlight areas for improvement in patient care.

Unfortunately, my appointment was scheduled for midday, and due to work obligations and my diagnosis, I accidentally missed the scheduled Zoom call. This oversight resulted in a missed appointment fee of $60; Attending the appointment would’ve only cost me $25. When I attempted to discuss this billing Grievance, my care was unexpectedly terminated. These actions show me that MindPath is more concerned with collecting money than they are with treating Their patients.

Mindpath Health is a great resource they have great Doctors who have greatly improved our life . They work with children , adults too but even finding a therapist to help a minor patient is difficult very difficult. They are very professional and have options that work for the individual. In person , telehealth ( zoom ) for example if you need help but can’t get there for in person appointments there are options available.

the psychiatrist i worked with was INCREDIBLE. the best one i’ve worked with in my entire life. however, this company charged me for appointments that didn’t happen, and would never answer my calls when i attempted to reach out. also, their no-show fee is $100, while most companies are around $50-$75

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. You are directed to call after a phone conference to make another appointment. If you don't they won't refill your meds.if you are late you are called and charged. In my opinion it was a terrible experience.
