Dr Gil is by far the best psychiatrist that I have worked with in the past 10 years. It took me five years to find her and I’m so grateful to her. She has got me through so much and everyone that works at her office is amazing. They’re always so kind and helpful. I’m so blessed to have them be a part of my recovery and mental health.

I’ve enjoyed my time with mind path so far. The time from calling to schedule an appointment to the day of my appointment was less than 3 weeks. So very quick.

My appointments are virtual which is very convenient.

The psychiatrist I met with made my evaluation smooth and painless. He did a great job of explaining his diagnosis for me and what the steps look like moving forward.

Overall, I’d recommend mind path to anyone needing an evaluation or therapy!

Dr Porter is great. He is easy to talk to, and makes you feel very comfortable. He doesn’t rush you, and makes you feel like you can say anything even if you start to ramble, like I do. He’s really a nice man.

I used to see someone through this company who was nearly unreachable anytime I needed to get a hold of her for medication concerns. I then tried transferring to a new provider under the same company. Waited months for an appointment that they cancelled without informing me. They then asked me if I'd like to reschedule for 4 months from now. So I would be waiting a total of 7 months for my new intake with this other provider. An absolute joke. Neglectful of clients who are looking for help. Will never be attempting to get assistance from this company ever again.

I was scheduled to have a telehealth as new patient, I received the onboarding link to sign waivers, and a zoom link for the actually appointment. I filled out the on boarding link And was aware of the link.

The time came for the appointment and I receive a call from one of the doctors. I was still in traffic and received the call as a passenger, I was told by the doctor that I had to be stationary to open up the Zoom link for this remote doctors appointment.

I expressed him that I was the passenger And the driver was not able to pull over because we were stuck in traffic. I was then told that I would have to reschedule my appointment Because it went against their policy.
At that point in time, I told the doctor I was about seven minutes away from my destination, I’ll be at our appointment was scheduled for 60 minutes.

So I chose the pragmatic way and decided that I would call back even though I was quite vexed with the situation. When I called back to schedule a new appointment about 5 to 10 minutes later, I spoke with the scheduling staff and they said that seemed odd that I needed to be stationary to Participate in the appointment if I was passenger

Sadly, I needed this appointment to have my medication refilled, and the next available appointment was a week out.
I find it very frustrating that the bureaucracies and/or the policies in this office are not compassionate to its patient’s needs.

That’s why I gave it a low rating and until further notice, that’s the way I will leave it. Hopefully the rating will change as my experience changes.

As of today I have changed my rating!

They explain that I needed to be in stationary location that I can be accessible. The policy is there in the case that a patient was to have a mental episode and needed to be reached.

I am thankful for Jays clarification.
