This place is an absolute disgrace to even call themselves a clinic. Their phones are always off even during business hours, I’ve been calling on a fraudulent charge they have made on my account which I have already contacted my lawyers about. They don’t want to help in anyway they just want your money, I paid FULL IN CASH for my appointment and they have charge my card A MONTH LATER for the appointment charge. This is a corrupt business you do not want to give your money too, will being coming in contact in person soon because there is no way to reach an actual person unless you do. Phones are off so they can get away with scamming people ‍♀️ the worst “clinic” with old people wearing a doctors coat calling themselves “specialists” absolutely disgusting human beings

The NP gave me a TB test on Friday and schedule me on Monday for the reading. When I showed up to my appointment it was closed. When I called the 800 number they said it was my responsibility to get my test read and I should have went to another clinic instead of calling them. I told them I was on hold so long that my test expired. They stated that online it says I can go to any CVS to get it read. I ask them to hold so I can find online he hung up on me.

Not happy with my 1st minute clinic visit at this location. Called #, which said they do not allow u to sign up to be seen 15 minutes before closing. I get there at a little before 7. All the slots are taken. But the person in line ahead of me got tired of waiting so he canceled his slot with 15 mins left before closing. We wait 30mins (ttl time) or so...only to have the minute clinic provider come out at 725p and tell me they stop allowing people to sign up after 7pm. Thats not what the recording said nor the website, which says even tho all the slots are taken for the day walk ins are still welcome. Well i guess they are not welcome. I wasted over 30mins of time with a child that needed to be seen for allergies. She didnt even ask what i needed to be seen for. First impressions are everything. I will not be back. I will just save time and go to the urgent care if I cant get to my primary care physician.

Diana Curd, you should not be working as a nurse practitioner (if this is even what you are). She was incredibly rude when I asked if she could see my daughter. She wouldn’t even talk to me like a human being. Just plain condescending and kept repeating herself saying the clinic was closed.... excuse me but all the signage says no appointment required and that you close at 7:30 so why can’t you take us if it’s not 7:30 yet? You have no business working with people. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I use the minute clinic here when I'm sick and my Kids and husband have also come. Always fast, friendly and caring. The pharmacy is usually prompt about filling the prescriptions. I've been to this clinic and used this pharmacy a number of time and never had a bad experience.

The doctor is one of the best , she's caring , great knowledge and professional. I like the fact that you don't need an appointment , it was easy for me to bring my child and she promptly diagnostic her ear infection ,thanks to that my child received medicine faster and cheaper than going to the ER.

I wish I didn’t even have to give one star ⭐️
If you want to be lured out of your house while you’re deathly sick and show up to a place that confirms your appointment and the nurse STANDS YOU UP then this is the place for you!!!!
No less than six different text confirming my appointment with a confirmation number, a video on what to do when I got there and a reminder for me to hit the road and show up!!!!
Don’t go in to CVS because they all say they have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS because it’s a third party.
On top of that the store manager says they get frequent people upset for the same reason and they’re trying to find a way to distance themselves from this yet they have CVS plastered all over the shack that MinuteClinic operates in.
Please don’t reward these with business or bookings
- they are TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
