On 4-30-13 nurse Sarah B did NOT follow the discharge order provided by the hospital. She injected my mother 60 units of Humalog instead of 6 units. My mother was hospitalized and passed away on May 10 , 2013 . We were told by doctors that you never give anyone a dosage that high it's a fast acting insulin. If this woman was a real nurse why did she lack this knowledge ? I questioned the dosage since insulin was new to my mother. Horrible experience with this company. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Since I’ve started care with this company, it has been horrible communication, nurse schedule however they like, admin is slow & they try but need to do a lot better! I’ve had rude nurses, lack of proper services, & lack of communication! Horrible company! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Still currently with them unfortunately! They only function part of their services were PT! Wound care sucks!

7 weeks ago I got a surgery. The day right after my surgery, they reached out to me to start physical therapy. Every nurse and physical therapist that saw me were very caring, friendly, and professional. Anahi answered all my questions and always called to check up on me. I appreciate that very much. I recommend this agency to everybody.

I’ve had an incredible experience with this company. They stay on top of my needs and make sure I have everything I need. From my case manager to my home health nurse, they treat me so kindly. My nurse Duron is absolutely incredible and is skilled tending to my wounds. I feel taken care of and advocated for. Thank you so much miracle home health.

Been receiving care for 2 weeks so far and it's been great! Physical and occupational therapist has been very patient and kind. Had my first visit with the nurse and it was great also. I asked alot of questions and he answered them and let me know what he was doing. If anything changes I'll update my review but I doubt it! Happy patient here

They take the time to get it right. You May have to call, but someone will be there and they listen to your needs. Miracle will even call your dr to get certain things (items) changed that make healing better and more comfortable. All and all I would say Miracle cares about how you heal.

My home care nurse Christine is a great person that goes above and beyond for her patients. She is always in a good mood and is very considerate. I think of her as a friend. Not to mention she know what’s she’s doing.

Miracle Home Health in my opinion seems to have the best nurses and staff in this field. Thank you all for helping me when I needed you

We have had great service with Miracle Home Health, great and friendly staff. The nurses go above and beyond. My nurse George is friendly very punctual and he takes care of me great. He is the best nurse i have encountered and i have been threw a good hand full of nurses to see that George as well as Miracle Home Health know how to treat there patience.
