If I could leave 0 stars I would, had my loved one for 72 hour hold released in 2 1/2 days, no psy. Appointment with his provider. Son said he had consented for family support, no one reached out to us ever multiple calls and messages left for social worker and message left for head supervisor, no response loved one came home in Uber still unstable not even aware of new medication.

A one star is a huge overstatement i came in at 1030am Angie Beth ms."i do what I want" and I quote the receptionist was nothing but rude and unprofesional along with allot of the other staff she was just the main one with her tall skinny black work boo or what ever they are. There was constant gossiping like teenagers there was attitude since the moment I came in the energy with the customer was dry rather than being as highly energetic as she was for her coworkers it's seems like they just made their own rules as they went bringing our hopes up that the patient would be able to be released as long as we did those certain things yet still once done still nothing its a whole different story they didn't even know what meds they had given to the patient there are rats running around they keep telling us that there are curtain things happening in which when we finally got in contact with the patient which is very difficult to do so for some reason he said that everything they have said is false. This place doesn't help what's so ever but makes u feel a hundred times worse the patient said himself that the worker's themselves look at him like he's nothing he can't even express his normal feelings of wanting to cry without thinking he will be here for longer he is asking for help a therapist and nothing just a whole run around they aren't telling him anything nor are they telling us as the parents or guardians there is no type of construction what's so ever...... there's allot!!!! And this is a great kid straight A student who decided to put himself into a place to give him help yet this facility is doing the opposite... he even asked to go to any other place they just keep on saying no and laughing at situations let alone missing appointments with his actual therapist...

I am so drained trying to speak to a person. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone. I cant speak to a person regarding my sons health. The staff is so disconnected. I am mentally drained trying to communicate with someone. I regret my son ever being admitted to this place. I am looking to file a complaint. Even this is discouraging because there is no connection. Please do not send your love one to this place. It is the worse I have ever encountered and I work in the medical field!!!! If there was a -Star they wouldn't even qualify for that!! So disappointed.

Worst inpatient experience I’ve had. Upon arriving I was being asked questions by someone and during it they kept insisting I was hearing voices. I told them I was not hearing voices and that zi was very confident about that but they still insisted to the point that I questioned if I was fir a few days. The staff were for the most part unhelpful and the vast majority of them felt like they didn’t want to be there and it was just paycheck (not the mindset to have for this job;) many just sat on their phones for hours (I will say a few of the staff were nice.) I stayed awake all night due to anxiety and not one staff asked if i was ok or needed anything.
The unit was filthy. I think i saw them clean the hallway floor once but the other common areas were never really cleaned. There was yogurt dried on the walls that never got cleaned up. The entire unit felt dated and disheveled. Paint was peeling off everywhere and it was all super boring and depressing visually, no real art on the walls.
All of this in stark contrast to the other parts of the building where a visitor might be and their several fishtanks in the lobby.
Food wasn't great and they failed to mark and accommodate my diet which I was explicitly asked about upon arriving. There were several times I ended up not eating sometimes multiple times a day and no one really helped with it. The people giving out food were nice though.
They had a room that was supposed to be used as a quiet space for people to get away but the majority of times I got overstimulated and needed to use it, I couldn’t use it because they had someone sleeping in there.
During my stay the groups that were held weren’t awful but not the best. If there wasn’t a group the only thing to do was wait around for a meal or meds. There was a tv in a common area. No board games or anything except 1 deck of cards, though I heard rumors chess and checkers were available in other units. There was a schedule posted that included all sorts of things happening in a week at a given time and that wasn’t followed at all aside from meal times.
I saw people going through it much worse than me and i feel so bad for them. And the several people I saw arriving as I was leaving.

If you have an option, DO NOT GO HERE.

They paid absolutely no attention to me. Even when I was screaming so loud for help the staff wouldn’t do anything just sat there and watched me. They wouldn’t try to help me. Also there were patients who were much older than me making sexually explicit comments to me and I have trauma about that stuff. Absolutely nothing was done about it. This place traumatized me. I pray to god that I never go back there
