This is my first time visiting this location. I checked in online and walked into the building and someone in the waiting room was having a serious medical emergency. The staff stayed calm and some of them were addressing the patient with the emergency in the waiting room, another employee directed me to the back and immediately into an examination room. Everything for me was handled quickly and efficiently and with kindness . I was in and out of that location within 45 minutes. My thoughts are with the family and the patient with the emergency.

While nobody plans on needing after hours care and I hope that I don’t have any issues in the future outside of my normal check-in with my PCP - I would wholeheartedly recommend this location and would visit in the future should something urgent arise.

Their Urgent Care website states that they admit their last patient at 7:30 and close at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:00 p.m. and the door was locked. Someone came to the door and said they weren't admitting patients because they were running behind. I was told to come back the next day. This is no longer the Urgent Care it used to be before they joined Providence. Now, it's an impersonal, busy clinic, if they'll let you in. If you get in, count on spending at least two hours waiting to be seen.

Went to this urgent care today. We always have a wonderful experience here. Went in for a possible sinus infection. Juliet (I may have spelled her name wrong) was the sweet gal who took me in the room and did my blood pressure and asked some initial questions. I have seen her before here and as always she is always so kind and sweet. Jeremy Christie was the NP who came in to see me. He was so wonderful. I'm a very anxious person and he made me feel at ease. I told him my symptoms, and he really listened to what I had to say. When you're a nervous person like myself, and have to go to the doctor, you hope that you see somebody who is going to be nice and listen to you. Jeremy was this person. He had a warm and caring personality. I told him how nervous I was about taking medications and he listened to my concerns and talked to me about different options. Overall I had a great experience here today and would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Do not use the “Reserve My Spot in Line” feature.

It seemed useful, but the front desk told me that it doesn't actually reserve a spot in the waiting room, and they will ignore it. Disappointed!

Providence should update their website to either remove or adjust this feature to avoid misleading patients. Why would you say that you can reserve and wait Where you Want, while this is not accurate?

That said, I had a great experience with their doctors, which is what matters most.

I am impressed. Not feeling well I decided that it was finally time for my first ever visit to Urgent Care. This facility is not super convenient for me, but it is easy to get to. When I arrived, there were only two other patients in the waiting room. In less than 40 minutes from arrival, I was seen, got X-Rays, was diagnosed with pneumonia, got an antibiotic shot, and was on my way home. Everyone here knows their stuff. My treatment plan included oral antibiotics as well as an inhaler. I was always a part of the decisions concerning my treatment and given a lot of leeway in how we would proceed. I ended up coming back for several more antibiotic shots and the Urgent Care team always made me feel that my input was always a part of the plan. A+

The only tip that I have for new people would be to use the online check-in. The waiting room was never packed on any of my visits, but the online tool makes sure that you get your name in line when you leave the house. I never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen.

This was the BEST urgent care experience I have ever had. I brought my 2 year old after thinking she may have broken her wrist, and every single staff member we interacted with was above and beyond kind, helpful, and made my daughter feel comfortable. To start, I had brought an outdated insurance card (totally my fault), but the gentleman at the front desk told me he would look us up to see if they were in network after all. I can't tell you how many medical places would just normally tell you "no" and turn you away. But this guy went above and beyond to check our insurance. He also kept giving her stickers to help ease her nerves (it definitely helped). Then the nice nurse could tell my daughter was still nervous and she was so cute with all of the procedures she needed to implement. For example to check her oxygen she pretended it was a frog and my daughter needed to listen for what the frog had to tell her. The doctor was also so kind, gentle, and patient. He would make silly faces to make her more comfortable and had her laughing in no time. When I asked if this was a pediatric urgent care they said "no", but I was shocked because of how great every single person was with our daughter. Honestly the best urgent care staff I have every encountered. They deserve all the praise!

I’ve been using this urgent care for years! Yesterday, I made an appointment for my toddler son to be seen. He wasn’t feeling well and had a temperate and cold like symptoms. He has been there before for similar reasons. When I show up for the appointment time, I was told that the doctor refuses to see him because of his age and symptoms (keep in mind we were there in September for the same reason). I was told I could only get care at the emergency room. My son is doing better today and I was just looking to have him checked for an ear infection and/ or COVID. I have no confidence in this practice anymore if they don’t feel comfortable in their abilities to treat cold symptoms.
