The orthopedic service was decent in this office, but the negative review is for the physical therapy.

The PT service was very disorganized: they gave me the wrong exercise to do during my session, the various PTs were confused on what exercise I should be doing indicating lack of communication.

In one session the PTs walked away while I was doing my exercise and did not supervise me at all. There were no other patients so I'm sure they weren't busy and they should've been checking my form.

Orthopedic service is ok here, but go elsewhere for physical therapy.

Reception over the phone is rude and unknowledgeable. Doctor wasted our time by asking us to reissue another referral only to refuse to see us after receiving another referral with the correct diagnosis. Additionally, the doctor was unable to give a reason for why they can’t see us other than “I won’t see the patient”. Unprofessional staff overall.

Very unprofessional! Front desk needs to work on their customer service skills. I was already warned about complaints with this place but decided to give it a chance anyway..waste of time. Waiting for someone to finally answer the phone just to hang up in my face.

I have had the pleasure of entrusting my mother's care to Dr. Nemeth and her remarkable team for nearly three months, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the level of care and expertise they provide. My mom doesn't speak English, Dr. Nemeth graciously waited for my translations and ensured that my mother feels comfortable and valued as a patient.
