Absolute disgrace. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I had to ring twice to be told that even though it says in stock on the website because it’s a spare part it’s not easy to get hold of. I explained that if it isn’t in stock then the website shouldn’t display it, the MD’s response he is used to dealing with surgeons and they know this....how rude!!. He also told me he hasn’t got time to let people know their supplies are in stock as he is too busy!! Possibly one of the rudest ignorant person I have ever dealt with!! Avoid!!

Bought a brand new battery for an Ophthalmoscope which lasted about 6 months before it stopped charging. I hardly used it due to lock down.
I have emailed the company but there has been no reply so far even after months.
Really dissappointed with this dubious company.
