Everyone on the phone is always super super nice, they are knowledgeable, complete their job duties in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, I've just been very impressed with this entire pharmacy.

Usually I have issues with customer service or anything really when it comes to any business anywhere for anything. I'm so used to people screwing their jobs up, that it's so refreshing to see a business that hires competent people who are professional over the phone.

No one pick up the phone. I called several times. Also, it took them 2 weeks to prepare a prescription last time - no, it was not during holidays. I am calling again right now and have been on hold for 10 mins and I was finally transferred to the answering system. Clicked refill option, nothing happened and got sent to speak to someone, but after saying "hello", I got a hang up. What a trip!

This has been my primary pharmacy for almost a decade, both with and without insurance. One time they saved me over $900 on one script. I didn’t have insurance at the time and I called a half a dozen major pharmacies. They all wanted over a grand but Mixtures price was $125.

I really hate when a business gets onto a review site and tells customers how surprised they are that they would take time to give a poor review. Unfortunately when you earn one it might be time to get introspective and figure out what went wrong.

My new doctor sent me to this pharmacy with a prescription, never set foot here before. Never used a compounding pharmacy before. Dropped it off, went home. Waited. Waited. Found out after calling that my order was ready but had been sitting there. Never received a call.

When I arrived back it was clear this little independent is very big into the personal interaction, because I stood there while the delivery driver was being socialized with waiting to get my order. I’m not usually impatient, but at a point you should acknowledge the customer.

When they finally got to me after the flirt session was over, I was informed they had yet to get insurance authorization for my order. So now I was left with the choice of paying full or coming back. I wonder if they were just too preoccupied with chit chat to either contact me with an order ready notification, or handle insurance? Suuuuure seems that way!

Well here’s my choice: I’m using a pharmacy on Dobson in Chandler now. Far more professional atmosphere and they take care of the patient and the process as a priority. Don’t bother with this place, hardly worth the effort.
