I did not think I’d have to share such frustration on a what I thought was a fantastic hospital. My mother has been here for almost a month moving floor to floor and the 7th floor moakley Specifically East is HORRIFIC. The front ladies are rude getting angry when you ask a question , the nurses have HORRIBLE attitudes and they will all walk past you ignoring you. Why become a nurse if you can’t be kind to others? I had other nurses before my mom moved to the 7th wishing her luck. That says a lot. Shout out to nurse Marie she was a sweet heart. Also I applaud ICU 4th and I believe 6th floor for taking GOOD care of my mother . 7th floor East ? Do better it’s a disgrace being here for a visit and getting treated rudely.

My first time ever having surgery and the team there was aware and took absolutely amazing care of me! I felt well informed, ready, & confident that things were going to go well and they did! Now onto recovery, thank you to the the staff.

Được biết đây là một bệnh viện lớn của Boston. Tuy nhiên giờ giấc theo lịch hẹn có thể không chính xác. Con trai tôi có lịch tái khám lúc 2h PM. Đã đăng ký xong lúc 1h30 PM. Ngồi chờ đến 2h20 PM thì được gọi tên. Vào trong cân đo sức khỏe, ngồi ghế chờ trong phòng khoảng 30 phút nữa thì gặp bác sĩ. Tôi đánh giá là chưa chuyên nghiệp so với nhiều bệnh viện khác! (Rất hài lòng về thái độ của bác sĩ, không hài lòng về thời gian chờ đợi)
