The doctors misdiagnose and never listen to the patients. My daughter has been in to see the doctors at this clinic for ongoing health issues many times and on several occasions. We ended up having to go to another doctor for a correct diagnosis. The doctors run test that you don't need and won't perform the correct tests that will actually determine anything useful. The doctors are horrible here and only want money. They dismiss anything the patients say and rely on their own prejudice when they make decisions.

Dr Broughton has refused to see my family members and rescheduled appointments without notice. The whole staff is rude and doesn’t care about giving proper care. The RHC at MCH has some of the worst practices I have ever seen at any doctor’s office. My whole family gets pushed off by the whole staff every time we go in for a visit.
