The clinic itself is a pretty old building. Somewhat dirty but not terrible. My dr seems friendly enough and didn’t make me feel rushed. My biggest problem is that they are awful at keeping their appointments. My most recent mishap is that I scheduled a zoom follow up for my blood work results. They called me the day before my apt to confirm and they had it marked down as an in person visit. I informed them it was supposed to be over zoom and they said they would fix it. They next day arrives and no one calls me. I called and they said there was an issue with how it was marked down. They then told me they were busy and I would have to wait another 45 minutes until they called me. This is not ok. I took time off of work for this. It the roles were reversed they would expect me to pay a fee. My time matters just as much as theirs.

I was nervous to go to this clinic after reading all these negative reviews but I am happy to report that I had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. To the front desk guy I forget his name but he helped me get my birth control info to my doctor. Sandra the assistant was professional and made me comfortable and Dr. Stubblefield was energetic and informative and professional as well. Thank you to everyone who helped me. Great job!

My appointment was Noon and I didn't get seen until 12:48 PM. I was told they were backed up today and apologized. What do you expect from a county clinic? It's going to be always busy. Finally Dr. Stubblefield came in to see me and he was a great guy. Positive and concerned. His bed side manner is definitely something you don't see often considering how busy this clinic is. Overall, other than the long wait, there's a great person in Dr. STUBBLEFIELD

I don't recommend this clinic. They always give different times where they can't take walk-ins because I already have two days where they tell us a certain hour that we have to be there so they can accept us and once we are there they either sent us back home and tell us a different hour to come back. Another time would be that we are there after recently calling them on the phone and tell us that it's not true so we had to wait longer so we could finally see a doctor for our baby girl. Also some of the employees there are rude.

Piece of crap security alarm at this place keeps going off at all hours of the day and night. They are criminals, as this is quite literally "Disturbing the Peace" here in Marina. Call the police non-emergency line and report this criminal activity. They are NOT responsible alarm owners. Would you accept the same from a family whose dog kept barking all hours of the day and night? EVERY noise complaint warrants a fine of several hundred dollars. Eventually they will realize it's cheaper to invest in a new alarm system than to keep getting fined. The irony is that this is supposed to be a Health Clinic. Apparently nobody there has heard of Mental Health or trying to preserve it (like when the alarm is going off at 3:30 AM so loud you can't even hear yourself think)!

The mexican woman at the desk is rude, unprofessional, and lies, she needs to be written up and fired , to find a job nowhere else, I never encountered a more rude person.
