I switched to Moose creek back when they first opened and my doctor moved over to help start it up.
Staff was always amazing but now sadly I am now regretting that decision. I went 2 years paying cash (no insurance) and I rarely had an over due bill. Got insurance this year, took em 3-4 months for my copay bill to come back and for them to fix an error in billing. By May I found out my out of pocket was now triple what I was paying cash and then said that until I pay my account balance they will no longer see me.

I love this practice! Both my husband and I have received attentive and compassionate care here. They also have a great system for cash pay/uninsured patients (NEVER had an unexpected bill from them) which was a huge headache at other places. Highly recommend!

I've had a lot of doctors and nurses in the past being retired military. There were not many that I trusted. Even at JBER, I requested to have certain procedures done, but I kept getting ignored. I've been with Moose Creek Clinic for a couple of years now. Everything that we discussed about my health is finally getting taken care of. When I had referrals to specialists, they were always great professionals. Highly recommend Moose Creek Medical Clinic.

Don’t waste your time. This clinic is expensive to start and the care you will receive is spotty at best depending on which provider. I was using Jesse Cooper and she had prescribed a topical solution which had caused a cyst on my scalp that left a bald spot. My wife convinced me to follow up with a dermatologist who was rather off put by this prescription I was given. Additionally, my wife had a scheduled appointment on a day she woke up rather sick. We were denied care because she didn’t provide a negative Covid result prior to this appointment. This is late October of 2022. The pandemic is long over and this should fall well within the ability of a primary care clinic to handle. Please use any other clinic that doesn’t deny care to patients. My wife was also released from the clinic due to this review so beware of possible punitive action taken for any review less than ideal.

Wish I could give this half a star! My wife missed an appointment due to no fault of her own. They decided that it was disrespectful and voiced that in a nasty letter they sent to my house. Furthermore they are charging us $250 for this sole missed appointment and dropping her from their care. What kind of “professional” sends a letter like that without find out why the patient missed the appointment. They also claimed they would give a courtesy call before the appointment and failed to do that as well. The staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate! If you are a currently being seen there, I’d look for someplace that won’t hang you out to dry! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

This clinic was my primary care since 2019. They discharged me in July mid-healthcare-crisis because I missed an appointment and it violated the policy they were writing. They didn’t tell me, but when I called to confirm the appointment (I was about 14 hours late ) they said they wouldn’t talk to me because I was discharged for missing too many appointments (3 since 2019). The owner, Kimberly called me disrespectful for wasting her clinic staff’s time by not showing up. This was amid a virus that left me severely weak and tired, blood clots, anemia, abnormal labs, and left sided paralysis (I am in my mid-20s and was healthy before then). There also was very limited availability for Emergency Room follow ups, and they discharged me without notice for an undocumented policy. ( I pulled their attendance policy for my records, which states three missed appointments consecutively with no communication is reason for possible discharge). With no notice, I struggled, but now have a doctor who treated the iron-deficient anemia that the found in May, and were not treating correctly. I do not recommend them due to lack of communication, Poor patient care, lack of access, and , ironically, disrespectful conduct towards an established patient.

If you like, talking to a voicemail machine, and not a human, being passed around providers, having CMAs, who are unqualified to conduct visits and interpret lab results run the office and have a poor attitude, if you don’t like your protected information to actually be protected and if you expect Standard patient care this is not the place for you. Even the pharmacist was shocked at how they didn’t know how to write a prescription correctly and it took two months to fix it. Lab results that come back with alarming findings yet they don’t even contact you to let you know. And they offer zero apology for the poor care. Steer clear of this place. You’ll find yourself in a medical crisis without a provider.
