I was traveling and needed some cpap supplies and they were so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them. They had the cutest husky there too.

they have been the only cpap supplier since 2018 for me. I have traveled all over from ca to east coast. Yet Jennifer and the staff at mori medical still get the equipment wherever I am. No one will answer the phone. If you dial the three digits of the last name of the person you want to reach, it says “The directory is empty.” If you dial 0, you are disconnected. I tried this 5 times, using different last names. What a joke!!!

My Bipap failed on a trip to Hawaii on Saturday night. After a call on Sunday with Mori, I was promised a replacement machine would be “sent out first thing the next morning- I promise”. Machine did not arrive as promised. Company tried to blame UPS when it fact they failed to deliver the machine to UPS before the daily cut off time for shipment. I was either not told the truth or the company had no sense of urgency and did an excellent job of deflection and not taking accountability. After I provided them with the UPS rules they suddenly ghosted me on follow up communication. The result of which was three nights of fitful sleep of only a couple of hours each night. Stay clear of this firm.

It was unexpected that we were going to need a bed. I called around and they price was the best and the equipment was there within 30 minutes of arriving home from hospital. The customer service was outstanding and the delivery and setup guys were very respectful of our home.

First time customer, thought the service was great. Second time, horrible service. Took many phone calls, from them, to get an order correct. Won’t bill my insurance, which is blue cross/blue shield, told they don’t deal with them. Asked for a mailed receipt, won’t send it, when it should have been included in my order. I don’t know what happened between the first time and the second time, but they need to fix their issues.
