Since I took the plane 2 days ago, I’ve a strong ear pain. Today I went to this facility to see my primary physician or an ENT. The front desk was rude. No greeting ; the front desk just told us : I’ve no availability. Go to an ER.”. Since it’s the first time I’ve such ear pain, we asked her where exactly and to give us a name. We didn’t understand the answer. So we kindly asked her to give us the exact address ; she complained she has to google it.

What is the purpose of a primary physician if there is no appointment availability for her patients ? We were kind and polity ; I don’t understand why the font was so rude with us.

I was already disappointed by the whole management of my annual physical checkup. I think it’s time to find a good physician.
We don’t recommend this facility.

I am very surprised by my experience at Mount Auburn today. A patient for two years - I have not felt this way before. The front desk receptionist was rude. I called to say I was running late due to traffic leaving Boston, and the office communicated friendly over the phone that it was okay to still come in. When I came in, the receptionist did not look up from her phone until a coworker asked her to. She then rudely spoke about my tardiness. The PA and Medical Assistant were also not as friendly as past NPs and MDs I’ve seen at Mount Auburn. I am disappointed.

From the providers giving bad care, the billing department being an absolute challenge, the rudeness of staff, and just the amount of difficulties I have had over the years with them. I will never go back to anyone affiliated with Mt Auburn healthcare.

Very bad attitude of the front desk called Yvonne. I was late for 30min because of traffic, I called front desk but no one answer. I showed her the phone call history and said so sorry, I could do reschedule, she told me for next year. I felt so sad and asked other for help, another nice lady helped me reschedule for 2 weeks later. Just be aware of Yvonne, she helped nothing only blame.

My mother is a patient w/ there health care system. The drs, nurses, & receptionists are ALL truly wonderful! They take the time to LISTEN to what you have to say & truly care about you!

If they can't help you, they will TELL you why! Then they will send you to someone who CAN help you! My mother has been there for over 10 yrs now, & still recommens them to ANYONE who needs medical treatment whether it be for primary care or a specialist.
