This office shares space with Quest, which is why I was there for my 28 week prenatal glucose test. The woman at the desk was SO rude. There were no other patients waiting, but she was quick to point out that I had to sign in and she did not work for Quest. I didn't see the sign that said to ring the bell for Quest because I was talking to her assuming she would help me...like I said first time here. After 25min waiting with no other patients in or out the lab tech came out. She said she didn't hear the bell so she didnt know I was there. I asked the woman at the desk why she let me wait so long not saying anything to the lab or me. She blamed me claiming she told me to ring the bell and that there was a sign. I am not a confrontational person, but found myself forced to defend myself to this individual. I was not technically her "customer" so maybe I shouldn't expect any level of service, but common decency goes a long way. I probably would have let it go if I had not already been fasting for 12hrs while very pregnant.
