My wife just had her baby and the OBGYN nurses at Mt. Auburn were absolutely AWFUL! 6 weeks of calling them, trying to get help, and being told every time "Just call back in 2 weeks" by them. For 6 weeks they wouldnt give her the time of day. Absolutely just rushing to get her off the phone.

She finally goes in for her 6 week appointment and they tell her "After 6 weeks its not our problem, go call your Primary Care." They actually stalled and stalled for 6 weeks just so they could pass the buck and wash their hands of her. My wife broke down in tears in their office, and they told her to get a babysitter and sent her away.

They may have to deal with this every single day, and so feel comfortable just giving people the same rote responses, but we've never dealt with this before. Instead of being treated as patients, we were treated as an inconvenience that would resolve itself in 6 weeks.

You people are trash at your jobs and should be ashamed of yourselves!

This center is wonderful. They made me feel right at home and were very kind. The staff is caring and personable and made my experience enjoyable. They’re very knowledgeable and made me feel safe!
