Scheduling here is super duper easy, you can do it online! Everyone in the office is so nice, helpful, and quick to get you set up or out of there when you are done.

I've been seeing their massage therapist, Phil, for several months now. He's AMAZING! I've had a gnarly kink in my neck for about 5 years, the worst of it being this last year. Over the months he has worked on getting my neck squared away, and it's been getting so much better. I can sleep on my side again! Haha.

Every experience I have here is wonderful, and I'm excited to start seeing one of their chiropractors next week. 🙂

I have been receiving prenatal massages from both Patty and Gina at Mountain Medicine, and I can’t recommend them enough! Patty is incredible with pressure points and deep shoulder blade work—she knows exactly how to release tension in all the right spots. Gina, on the other hand, leaves you feeling like you’re floating in another dimension—you literally have to sit in your car for a few minutes just to collect yourself before driving!

Both therapists are skilled in deep tissue work, ensuring you leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. They truly listen to your needs and tailor each session to address any discomfort. I found myself alternating appointments between them because they each have a unique style, yet both are equally amazing.

The front desk staff is also wonderful—always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for exceptional bodywork, Mountain Medicine is the place to go!

During our visit in Flagstaff, we got massage. Matthew and Maude both are awesome, great masseuse kind patience with soft and firm hands as needed for all of us.
If you visit again, Flagstaff, we will definitely come and have a massage again.

Dr. Garrett is one of the best Chiropractors in Flagstaff. I recommend 5 out of 5 stars. You'll feel 100% better after seeing the people at Mountain Medicine. Chiropractor Dr Garrett is very thorough making sure that my back and neck are in the correct place. He has really helped me manage my back and neck pain with my adjustments I receive from him.
