Department Directors, Managers and General Staff routinely quit, or are terminated without cause throughout the organization.

After 20 or so years of being in business, and experiencing massive growth, they continue to function with a "Mom and Pop" mentality.

The Senior Directors pull all the strings and have a hands off approach to management, until something doesn't suit them. Then they fail to effectively communicate, or manage conflicts as they arise. Objective professionalism is non-existent. They perceive honest feedback as a threat. Strong leadership and support is not present. You never truly know where you stand on any matter. Protocols are not clear. Politics are always at play.

They support diversity among the patients they are FUNDED to support, NOT the staff members they depend on to support their mission statement.
