Friendly with mindful service staffs. Well organized. Spacious interior lobby and examination room. Ton of parking lots, close to pharmacy, free water bottles service and interpreters. No matter problems I have , they can solved them for me. Really appreciate this place and staffs

I love my boys Dr. my only complaint is the time, every visit the staff take 20-30 min to call us back, then we after seeing the Dr. we are sitting 45-1 hour. The MA who call my children back does not greet us. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that I love the Dr. and I continue to go for her.

Dawn is excellent. She listens to what I’m saying and offers great advice and care! The way healthcare should be. She always takes the time to make sure all of my concerns are understood and addressed. She’s just the right person to help me manage my care.

I love Mountain Park Health Center. I see Kristin Carpenter. She takes the time to listen. She cares about her patients. Also, the clinic is very efficient. It’s like going to a mini Mayo Clinic. They have everything you need there. I highly recommend it.

These people are truly some of the least professional people I’ve ever met and they represent the worst that healthcare has to offer. The physician I’ve been seeing has been deeply dismissive of my symptoms and also severely botched my scheduling so I came in and paid for a random check up I didn’t need. I selected that I had anxiety on my chart (which has been lifelong) and that basically made her completely ignore any of my physical concerns- she pushed me aggressively towards mental health services without even bothering to talk about how I was feeling or what my symptoms were. I did push for and get bloodwork showing I was b12 deficient, but they chose not to explore anything beyond this.

I recently went in for a b12 shot since that’s the only thing this woman was willing to do for me, and left abandoned for an hour and a half. I left and asked if I could go and I was hurried back. The doctor didn’t even know what I was there for- and barely seemed interested in my chart. She left and said I would get my shot and I was left alone for another 30 minutes and walked out. At that point I actually left because it had been almost 2 hours and I was already late. Nobody has two hours in the middle of the day to wait for a doctor without any warning.

So I leave and I literally get berated on the phone for leaving and “wasting vaccines” they had prepared for me. If you are going to leave people for almost two hours sitting in a cold room you need to tell them so they can reschedule. People have lives. The absolute audacity to ATTACK someone you know you provided bad care for because they wouldn’t allow you to continue to waste their time. Not professional at all.

These folks are basically a chop shop of folks who got into healthcare for the wrong reasons and make patients wait while spending no time actually working with them regarding their symptoms. They do not give a shit about their patients

The nutritionist and their mental health departments only work until 4 o’clock. They only work during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Which is a huge oversight from Mountain Park and admin. People are in work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. And one shouldn’t have to take a day off of work just to see mental health doctors or see a nutritionist. The clinic itself is open to 8 PM so they should have a nutritionist and mental health doctor appointment at least 7:15 pm, you know right before the clinic closes. Bulk up your staff. Hire more people. Have nutritionist and mental health doctors available until the actual clinic closes just like you have your primary care doctors available. This is a huge oversight.

Perhaps the best doctor visit I've had. Previously, everything was a hassle -- from making the appointment to waiting to getting referrals, etc. I love how there's a network here who work together, making this truly multi-functional and requiring less running around. Everyone was nice, prompt, and helpful. And their portal website is complete and user friendly. I'm so glad I chose them when looking for a new Primary Care Physician, and definitely will be sticking around!
