Very glad that I decided to try out Mountain Shadows Family Dentistry. It was extremely easy to get an appointment, and they were quick during my appointment. They were respectful with my time and got me seen right away. Scheduling was accurate, even with the new patient visit. Although it was quick, they were very thorough and made sure that everything was clear and concise with my treatment plan. Grateful to say we have found our local family dentistry.

First time at the dentist in a couple of years and this place was an amazing find. Easy to book and had availability almost immediately. Office staff is friendly and welcoming! All the staff including the dentist were wonderful and made me feel at home and ease! If you need a new dental office this is the place for you!

I hate writing this review because the staff here are great and the Doctor does good work. However, Jody in their billing department is awful. I have been trying for months to get a bill that i keep getting for almost $500 figured out. I had played phone tag with her for almost a month, where she left messages. I contacted my insurance and they said they never got any claims. I FINALLY was able to talk to Jody, and she was completely rude. She talked over me as I asked any questions. Stated that "she couldn't just file a new claim. She had to HAND STAMP and HAND MAIL it."
She was being so rude that I actually asked " Ma'am why are you being so rude to me?" She sent me into anxiety mode. I sent the actual office the info she needed, because I don't want to talk to her anymore... so that it should have been over with. NOPE just the other day I got ANOTHER bill for the almost $500. I would go back if they handled their billing department, but now I don't even want to go back because of her. From other reviews it seems I am not the only one with problems in this department.

Amazing I have major anxiety words dentist and it not against them themselves. Just bad experiences growing up when I came in I was anxious and had many small panic attacks to where if I looked at the utensils I started crying. Everyone there was so professional and so kind and caring towards me and I couldn't of been more reassured that every step of the way that they would make sure I'm comfortable and at ease. I'm 26 and having to go and take care of my dental health by myself and having their team be so kind and sweet towards me really is making me feel more confident in becoming okay with dentis after I have my crow and cavities fixed I'll update thank you so much for caring about me I can not appreciate it enough?✨️

So I had been dreading the dentist after several years of neglecting my teeth. I knew I was in for considerable work needed. Dr. Garret and his team made me feel comfortable and provided a treatment plan that was both comprehensive and achievable regardless of what I anticipated as a lost cause. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I am actually looking forward to going back to continue the various sessions I have to complete to restore my teeth and I usually HATE going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Garret and his team.

From the front desk staff the dentist and the dental technicians were awesome. My dental hygienist Ashlon is top notch. She treated me with kid gloves knowing the bad experiences in the past while in the Marines with the naval dentist. And my neck and back she made me comfortable and went at my pace and again put me at ease. Can’t say enough about the the dentist and his staff will recommend them to all that may need a dentist.Laura was sweet and helpful as well.
Great dentist and staff already recommending to my friends. If I had one item to improve it would be possible veterans discount.

Came in today for a consultation on the work I needed done as it's been awhile since I've been. The dental assistant who did my xrays heard everything I addressed and was very caring and patient with me, met with Dr Garret about the work I needed done and he was very thorough and understanding. When I left I wasn't even charged for the xrays or consultation because I didn't have a cleaning. Very much looking forward to having my work done with these great people. 10/10
