I had an extremely bad experience at the vet. I called a few days before setting up A grooming appointment and and nothing nothing they quoted me was correct. To start I called a few weeks ago and made an appointment for my dog to be seen for a skin issue. Apparently, They had my wrong phone number on file even though I had all my records back over to them from my previous Vet in another city so I never got the reminder of the appointment phone call So I was charged a $25 late fee which they refused to wave because ultimately it was “my responsibility” to have wrote down the date. When I first got there, they told me they had attempted to call me yesterday to tell me I would not be able to come to my grooming appointment because Have a shot that was required. I never got this phone because they did not update my phone number in their system, even though I had called several times and spoke with them. Ultimately, they allowed her to still get groomed. When I had called to set up the appointment I asked them how much it would cost and they quoted me $35 when all Was said and done my bill came out From the quoted of $35 to actually being $114. I will not be returning to this, Vet clinic.

Charged for 6 days even though my dog stayed for 5. Tried to give us someone else's belongings after spending 15 minutes attempting to find her in the system. She had most of her food left which means they barely fed her

I am new to the area and my first encounter with mountain view was with a very sick dog. There was a mix-up in my appointments but they saw her anyway because she was so sick and I ended up having to put her down. they were just exceptional in helping me and my fur babies deal with this emotional time I highly recommend them... still love the vet. They are great cutting my dogs nails

Much cheaper than the last vet I went to. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I brought in pet rats. The vet was able to check them out to make sure they are healthy. Before leaving she gave me some information to read on rat care. Also gave me a number of the closest vet that specializes in exotic pets. I feel good about taking my babies there again if they are ever sick. I feel like if the vet isn't sure what to do, she knows the right expert to call for help.
