We arrived in Long Beach for a cruise and realized we had forgotten part of our Cpap machine parts. I called all over and finally found Mozena supplies. I explained to Steve what we needed. He took a picture of what I explained we needed and sent it to me. It was exactly what we needed. I didn’t know if we could go get it and get back in time using an Uber to board the ship. Steve said no worries I will bring it to you and I won’t charge you anything for delivery. His driver was at hotel in about 15 minutes. Because of his help and kindness we made it to our cruise on time. I recommend Mozena

We were in Long Beach for a cruise and forgot the foot rests for my daughter’s wheelchair. MOZENAs was able to get us the foot rests at the last minute. Very thankful and highly recommend!

Steve Mozena and his staff at Mozena Medical Supplies & Equipment provide a wonderful service to our community. We live in Leisure World, Seal Beach, CA. After exhausting all our local resources we contacted Mozena Medical Supplies & Equipment. Our house was burglarized n everything stolen including all her incontinence supplies n ostomy supplies our debit card was locked due to fraud I bought 2 colonoscopy bags n they gave us some free diapers well her bags wasn't delivered still didn't get them I went to emergency room at 530 am 2 get help they gave me 2 bags 1 broke after a half hour I put the last bag in went to kaiser medical office for 2 hours I went to all departments n talked to her doctor on the phone at the hospital we didn't get any bags n this lady had feces all over her this was the third time we were out of money we had about 30 dollars because all of our money was stolen out of her account by her son he found her user ID n password n stole all her money using zelle bank is charging them with fraud n elder abuse along with the police Including burglary we were desperate I was especially Ingrid went through a lot I've been her caregiver for 10 years I went back to this medical supply store n begged them for help we were to robbed she needs help we dont have any colonoscopy bags n she has feces all over her we have a new debit card coming in the mail tge owner asked what we needed i stated 3 colonoscopy bags n barrier wipes he said he would give them to us n write us a receipt i gave him both of our ids n i took a pic of the receipt these people were compassionate n so nice they listened n thry cared we git the new debit card in the mail yesterday n im going to pay that bill today because they cared didnt try to take advantage of us the owner introduced me to himself his wife n his daughter thry treated me like i was there family n they listened with passion n respect there were 2 other lady's working at night the day before who treated me the same way as the owner this is a family operated store if you want great customer service with a great family atmosphere this is your medical supply store we had a emergency situation n they got us through this ordeal n we thank each n everyone of them for helping Ingrid I won't go anywhere else we need something from a medical supply store you won't get this customer service anywhere else n thank you so much for helping us

I have to give credit to Mozena Medical Supplies and to Kim the supervisor for helpings us out in our trip to Long Beach this week.We needed a motor scooter for my mother in law for The Aquarium of Pacific and Kim at Mozena came through in a van ready to go at 10:30am when they said they would be there!!AWESOME!!We called 45 mims to our pick up and Kim was there we are thankful and will be using them again in our future trip to Long Beach.I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MOZENA MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!Ask for Kim.

My nephew who's an RN called yesterday to purchase 10 masks for his floor at the hospital he works at who are in desperate need of masks and was quoted 400 dollars!!! Saw you advertise your business on NBC and thought your business was offering assistance to the community. Shame on you!!!

At the beginning of the pandemic, this location was selling $5 for the blue/white nonsurgical face masks and $100 for 10 KN95 masks. Noticed other reviewers stated they were charging high price for these items.
