I’ve used MRS for 28 years for everything from breast pumps, oxygen condensers, baby sleep apnea monitors, wheelchairs, a Hoyer Lift and now I’m looking to get a new c-pap machine. I won’t deal with anyone else. Jeremy is truly a rock star, I agree with a previous review! Thank you, MRS!!

So...im supposing my life is worth your bills being paid. I have severe obstructive sleep apnea, and my BiPaP has changed my life. Not ONLY did MRS fight with me on my sleep studies, saying that they needed to be completely redone because theyre "too old", but when i finally get my machine, and my parts, they will not send, release or even think about giving me replacements until i pay the outstanding balance with them. The service staff is rude and inconsiderate. They literally gave the attitude of "well, if we dont get your money, you dont get what you need." They openly and brazenly acknowledged that the reason why they have not sent it is because i have not completely paid off their bill, and they openly acknowledge that my order for a new mask, tubing and filters were at the resupply store, not even sent. Dont ever go to them. Dont even think about working with them. Do not give these people your business, or put your livelihood and well-being in their hands. They will surely not care about you.

The one on Woodriff farm road. Went there with my friend to get a wheelchair for her and was rudely talked to and was cursed at about her insurance. She had her paperwork rudely given back to her ad well. The also refused to look at the rollialtor walker that the brakes were messed up on which she had purchased from them about 2 years ago.

Called MRS to discuss a bill I received in the mail. In speaking with Jessica I stated that I would return the CPAP and we could call it even. Jessica starts yelling at me that if I don't pay the $34.72 she would send it to collections. I told her not to raise her voice at me at which time she hung up on me.

If I could leave a 0 in satisfaction I would. Haley called to tell me equipment was ready for pick up. Arrived for equipment and advised it was 1st come 1st serve and my equipment was given to someone else. Not sure why we have a physician write an order if they cannot give you the courtesy of holding medical necessity equipment when you just had surgery and will take my business to someone who can provide customer service. Would not recommend M R S to anyone. No compassion and No customer service

If I could rate a zero I would. My sister had awful experience trying to get a walker for my 98 year old mom because her walker brakes were broken. She was first told she didn't need a script for it only to find out when she got there that she did. Then she sat 45 minutes at drs office getting script n having one faxed over . When she went to MRS and showed it to the young girl at desk she said it wasn't sufficient . Rude and poor customer service. Don't go there
