I was in some pain , and I have been in pain for a couple weeks , so I finally went in because the coworker told me they were good here , and they very much are. The receptionist was kind and caring, the nurse and Doctor were great.The nurse tried so hard to make the x rays pain free. After booking an appointment, I was in and out within an hour and a 1/2. This is definitely my new choice for healthcare.

As far as a walk-in type clinic. This place was amazing! Soon as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by a lady named Sarah, making it feel welcoming.
Secondly. I noticed how clean everything felt. Thirdly, all the other staff I interacted with were great, they were all knowledgeable and friendly. If I need to go again I'll be sure to be at this location.
Plus they have snacks 🙂

I recently had the opportunity to visit Indigo Urgent Care following a dog attack that absolutely required immediate medical attention. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care I received. They took me in right away and were incredibly attentive to my needs. The staff walked me through my options and supported my decisions - I declined a referral to the ER for additional pain management, because they assured me that they could handle my wounds on site — what a relief to avoid a trip to the ER.

Every team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything to me, and answered each question. I appreciated their patience as I worked to gather my insurance information; they made everything seamless from the time we walked in to the time I was helped into my car.

To top it all off, they even provided me with crutches, which, while not strictly necessary, were incredibly helpful for getting around during my recovery. I hope to never need urgent care again, but if I do, I would absolutely return to see this wonderful team of medical professionals. Thank you, Indigo Urgent Care, for your exceptional service!

I made an appointment online, so there was no wait time. All the staff was very kind and attentive. The doctor was very thorough and professional when I left. I felt like I had a plan of attack to feeling better. I would recommend this urgent care any day.

I made an appointment for 3pm and I arrived at 2:50 as requested but I wasn’t seen till 4:15. I was told the reason for the wait was because people were on lunch. In my opinion, if you have limited staff and can not see patients do to lunch breaks, then you probably shouldn’t schedule time slots for that period of time. It’s hard to have a good experience when a business doesn’t respect the time of their patients. Staff was friendly but managed poorly.

I went in with a UTI. Everyone there was caring, pleasant and very competent. I was listened to. Treatment was prescribed. Info was put on My Chart so my primary care doctor had access to it. They will follow up in a couple days to see how the meds are working. I recommend Indigo and will use them in the future if needed.

I booked on line, was seen right away. Med assist Carrie was very thorough. Tha PA was very understanding and prescribed exactly what I needed. Great place the go. I'd recommend this urgent care for most people with minor issues.

As of June, it seems staff can now choose to deny care simply because they don't want to take the time to select the correct insurance plan in their system. This location used to be pretty reliable, but apparently that’s no longer the case. Despite being listed as in-network by our insurance and having accepted the same coverage in the past, they’re now turning patients away unless they pay out-of-pocket under the guise of a new “corporate policy update” or whatever they're calling it. Good thing they aren't the only clinic in the area. Other MultiCare locations don't seem to have the same policy.

Everyone was so nice! We were greeted immediately, the MA was super friendly, she was sweet to my 5 year old son, and they explained everything they were doing! The Nurse Practitioner was really nice and made things super easy. He got stickers at the end, so he was happy 😊 great and fast experience!

I came to this minor emergency clinic with an oozing wound and was treated with genuine concern from start to finish. The staff thoroughly examined the injury, tested for infection, applied ointment, dressed it with clean bandages, and gave clear home-care instructions. Their skill, thoroughness, and compassion left me confident in my recovery. Highly recommended for prompt, professional, and caring treatment.

Very friendly and caring staff. Came in with a head wound and was stapled and sent out to get a CT scan in less than 30 minutes.
Had to wait over 2 hours at the emergency room to get a simple CT.
