I was seen very quickly with such professionalism. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. I feel like I got some of the best care I've had in a long time. Would recommend going 100%

Sweetest staff ever! My husband had received care there after a "ladder incident" and said how efficient and nice the entire staff was. I went in today and was amazed! This should be how Healthcare is practiced everywhere! Bless you folks. Nearly wanted to check in for an overnight stay!! Concierge! Deluxe!!

I got in at the last minute, which was wonderful as my UTI was painful and waiting a day to get care would have meant a really painful night. That was just luck I know, but still they were an hour before closing and no one else was waiting, so they took me in. Wonderful staff. Even though they are not the closest Urgent Care for me, one of the things I like most is that you can call most mornings and make an appointment for that day instead of going in and just waiting. They also take walk ins which
Is what I did last night as they had no appointments leafy And I lucked out.

The cleanest and kindest urgent care we’ve ever been to. They took great care of my son, and were so nice when I called a couple hours later with follow up questions. 10/10 - hope you don’t need them, but if you do, absolutely recommend. The front desk, the nurse, and the provider are ALL excellent!

I had an emergency and Jessica received me with kindness and fit me in even though they were full. I waited for a little but I was seen by Yelena and she was so compassionate and professional and made me feel important and provided me the medical attention I needed. Her nurse and staff were so empathetic and kind. Yelena and the staff at Indigo help me trust that there are truly people who care about your health still. They deserve to be honored . I  had to visit this urgent care on short notice, as I needed a TB test for work. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was incredibly accommodating and was able to fit me in for the same day! From check-in to the test itself, everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care with great service!

I was able to make an appointment to be seen the day before I went to prompt care and I went from front desk to exam room in less than 10 minutes! Incredible! Front desk reception and med tech were friendly and kind, and knew exactly what they were doing, leaving me feeling confident and secure in my decision to choose this urgent care. The ARNP came promptly to the exam room when the med tech was done, and was thorough in her questions and physical exam. To top off this experience, I was referred to physical therapy and able to get in THAT DAY (!!) due to an agreement with MultiCare and Physio Works. Highly recommend
