Dr. Sara Wilhelm made decisions before we even had a chance to talk. She said that she welcomed me as a new patient but then stated she wouldn't fill my prescriptions before even discussing any health problems. Judgement without any facts or circumstances. I thought they were trained to be inquisitive not judgemental.

Great care for my leg/foot injury. I Have no complaints at all. Been going to Rockwood for my son and my care for 10 years now and they have been great every time, except one and that was a mess up with their scheduling department. The doctors and nurses have ALWAYS been exceptional. Not sure what I can say here other than that.

Sarah Trout is one of the best doctor I have worked with ever and the Rockword Staff are all amazing and supportive, we are so lucky to have them in our community. I typically avoided going to the doctor like the plague-and would stay active to avoid ever having to need their service at all. Medical professionals can only do so much to figure out what is wrong with you but thanks to the internet you can do research into our own symptoms which can really help in finding a solution to what is happening with your doctors help. It took me more than 5 years to finally figure out what was causing my medical issues.

Now finally I can sleep again without all the tossing and turning stiff neck and hip pain that haunted me forever. Thank you Sarah and Richard for having so much patience in dealing with this old geezer and my Oh I don’t need a doctor ever stubborn ways. Your team is a real god send 👍

Appointment are promptly kept. From the front staff, to the assistants to the Doctor all are friendly and efficient. They listen and respond to the questions asked to them. Great experience

Got me in quick because someone else cancelled. The blood draw technician was friendly and great at her job - one poke. My nurse ♥️. Prefer this place over any others. Really wish MultiCare would fix the app to be able to schedule appointments online for routine purposes 🙄.

Doctor was pleasant,if a bit distracted. Possibly due to long layoff. When I said that I did not want to take statins,the conversation ended. Cholesterol was the only item of the October blood test mentioned. The long delay was not my fault. Many factors have improved. No longer pre-diabetic,blood sugar normal,hdl slightly improved,lost 6 lbs. None of this mentioned. I am working hard to improve my health. I am 80 and in 2022 spent 25 days walking through the Pyrenees. I have been a beekeeper for 56 years and am looking forward to spring coming.

I have been going to Cheney Rockwood for 28 years and 11 months now. Most exchanges have been positive. Those that were not, were addressed and resolved by the staff… I think there is only one situation that was never resolved… and how many of us have had a relationship lasting nearly thirty years without incident?

The most useless clinic known to man. What a sham. 5 years of nothing ever going smoothly to the point where I used to drive to my hometown to seek care over them every 90 days. If you need recurrent care as a student or citizen in Cheney, this is not the place. They are not user friendly in any capacity.
