I’ve had an excellent experience with this office. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. All of the doctors are thorough and take the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, well-organized, and David at the front desk made an awesome well check to ensure all my appointments run smoothly. This is the absolute best clinic ever! There's an amazing young man by the name of David who works here. He's such a sweetheart, always helps me out everytime I come. I'm a regular established patient here and Jessica always takes care of me as well. Thank you both for always being so kind! It's hard to find nice genuine people in today's day and age. I was skeptical at first to use one of these health facilities because I have a natural distrust of corporate Healthcare especially after the last 4+ years. However, my husband has to be treated for a variety of different issues so after using the emergency room at our local hospital, he was sent here for his follow up. Their staff is excellent. Very friendly and professional. The PA, Jessica Dhettra is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I really don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you very much for great service. So happy that you're in our neighborhood!

My recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard of patient care I expect. From check-in to departure, the experience felt cold and rushed. During my consultation with Rebecca Mukoko, NP, the interaction was minimal and disengaged. It felt as though she was simply reading questions from the chart and asking them in a mechanical, yes/no manner.

Additionally, the medical assistant’s approach was equally dismissive. During the EKG, I was instructed to remove my shirt, no gown was provided, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Following the procedure, I was told by the MA, "You’re good to go," without any explanation or follow-up from the provider. When I inquired about my EKG results, the medical assistant simply stated that they were normal. At a minimum, I expect the provider to return to communicate results and conclude the visit appropriately.

Overall, the lack of proper communication, professionalism, and patient care made this a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
