Best Experience! Highly recommend!

This facility appears to be new, or it has been maintained to the highest standards. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am very particular and didn't see one thing that I would want to change or improve.

Most importantly, the staff was extremely professional, caring and light-hearted. I interacted with perhaps 10 different staff during my visit/procedure and each made me feel like a V.I.P.

So glad that I drove the extra distance to come here. Thank you to all the staff and the most excellent Dr. Jay J. Guan!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had in an outpatient surgical setting. Every person I encountered from the minute I walked in the door was very friendly and professional . The nurses were exceptional in their care, compassion and expertise. I never felt left in a "holding area"...the nurses and physician checked in on me continuously ~ explaining everything that was going on, what to expect and made sure I was comfortable. Hard to believe a colonoscopy appointment can be pleasant...but it definitely was.
I recommend this facility very highly and am grateful for the wonderful care I received there.

Very nice, clean facility. Nursing staff and anesthesia were excellent and so patient! I was very nervous due to the nature of the procedure and they made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything. 10/10 recommend.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I paid my bill TWO MONTHS ago and they still are trying to collect for bills that show they have already been paid. If you want to light money on fire, by all means, book here. If you value your dollar, find someone else.
