I am a new customer of National Seating and Mobility. I live in Fairbanks but quickly found that I was greeted with the BEST professional employees here at National Seating and Mobility. I was treated with respect and eagerness to help me with my current needs in a fitting for my new wheelchair, and knowledge about my future needs. They were completely professional and very helpful. I will be forever grateful for the staff and getting my new chair ordered and keeping me updated along the way. I would like to especially give my ? appreciation to Wayne. Knowing I live far away he has made the process very easy and cointnues to answer any questions I have to make adjustments I made need to make over the phone. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who has needs for special seating and Mobility. I am very thankful for my new wheelchair and for the fact that they listened to me and my needs

I highly recommend NSM to anyone needing the types of services they provide! Overall very professional, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. They got the correct paperwork completed & approved, as well as completed the custom chair build, in a very timely manner. We did go to Anchorage instead of waiting for their once-a-month clinics in Soldotna, but the need for a faster turn around outweighed the travel inconvenience, and they were very accommodating.Thanks again, National Seating & Mobility!

They are just as bad as dealing with Geneva Woods. No communication on status of our daughters Chair missing parts and full of excuses. Such a disappointment!
