Sheila Jackson, what more can I say. She acts like she's the president of the H.O.A.. Insurance only covers what they approve and she acts like a tree is gonna fall on your house if you don't paint. It will hail on your house and cause damage if you don't replace a storm door. I was sent a bunch of papers/big pamphlet on what they will not cover and very little on what they do cover. I was sent a list of things they wanted me to repair and paint with no deadline. I figured a month to take care of it all, before a full calender month was finished. Nope, Sheila sent me a cancelation letter two weeks later. I didn't know I had to check in with her regularly and send her pictures of every thing I fix as it's being done. I won't make excuses, she sent me a reasonable list of demands that is actually no concern of hers. Like I said, insurance only pays for what they approve and Sheila acted like she had to build me a whole new dwelling because, a disaster was going to happen if I didn't paint. No problem, I wanted to keep my insurance so I was doing the work. I dropped them because of the games Sheila pulled. Her little demands still got done because they needed it, I just dropped them before I was finished. You're in better hands with All State. Any insurance company is a battle but, pick the lesser of the evils.

Horrible experience had two different elections tell me that lightning hit my home and melted wiring. And now this insurance company is saying it was a power surge caused my problem and saying we didn't have any lightning within a 5 mile radius from our home and saying it doesn't cover power surges. Poor choice for a insurance company.

I have been a loyal customer of The National Security fire and casualty 20plus years. They cancel my policy without a call, email or any type of notification. I think its very unprofessional they switched to a new company name Patrick Insurance Agency. This really threw my anxiety through the roof. At least give some kind of notification. All the issue was the policy was needed to be rewritten policy but customer service agent couldn't help. I pay every three months in advance only to know at the end of conversation. Lies after lies to a loyal customer I lost my mom unexpectedly September 1,2024 My money order is stamp September 9,2024 I bought it and mail it at the post office the same day. Somebody not doing not their job. They cancel my policy to cover themselves.

My homeowners insurance went up almost $1000 because the fire department is now five 1/2 miles away straight highway with no red lights vs. one 1/2 mile away. But now there is a fire hydrant close by which wasn’t there prior.

Was told our home insurance is non renewable due to our business being on the property. The business has quadrupled liability insurance, makes no sense. I was told they would work with us and find something that would work for us but they left me hanging. Everytime I call the owner says she'll call me back but never does. Dedication and loyalty of hanging in there with them for several years seemed to mean nothing to them, nor did our needs. I never filled an insurance claim so they made plenty of money from us. Disappointing they dropped the ball like that.

Heath was fantastic! Very quick to resolve the matter. Prompt and professional as well as knowledgeable. You can talk to any of the Reps over the phone and feel the empathy and concern. They work diligence to bring closure. I highly recommend this Agency!
