I called Nationwide's customer service and had a great experience! Blake Ainsworth was really professional, helpful, and resolved my issue quickly. She even called me to let me know the issue was resolved and to give me instructions on how to proceed. I really appreciate her and am very happy with Nationwide so far. 🙂

Received a follow-up call (10/25/24) from a Nationwide Medical rep. He asked me several questions as to how I was adjusting to my new CPAP setup. He stated several important requirements in order for Medicare to cover the device and disposables. I asked a question and he was able to provide the answer immediately. I appreciated his professional and caring demeanor during our discussion.

A very special customer care, clinical support rep named Taylor is a super awesome and the best clinical tech that I’ve been spoken with. She’s very nice and courteous in listening and helping my issues that I have been frustrated speaking to her other colleagues before I got her. She is very knowledgeableon explaining the details about their product issues and answered/resolved all my concerns from several month that no one can provide me a direct answers. I have been with Nationwide Medical for a few months now and I will say the customer service from Mitchell Ball is absolutely outstanding! He was willing to go way above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my issues and concerns. He was willing to call me and even FaceTime with me after hours on his own personal time to make sure I get the care I need! Thank you Mitchell and I truly appreciate you and your patriotism!

If I could rate Nationwide Medical a zero I would. However, this system does not permit that. My mother's doctor placed an order for a small Airfit mask. However, Nationwide Medical sent her a medium, which is too large. The size medium mask is too large for her, so it falls off during the night, and it leaks air. I notified Nationwide Medical of their error and expected they would expedite sending my mother the size small Airfit mask, which they still have not done. Calling Nationwide Medical is absolutely frustrating and a waste of time as they don't answer their phones timely, resulting in extremely long wait times. I spoke to a rep yesterday who said she would connect me to a manager. However, I was then informed a manager was not available and she would message them to ask they contact me; as of today they have not contacted me. I also called Nationwide Medical today, and once again I was told a manager is still not available. I read a review for Nationwide Medical and noted a name and phone number for a customer service manager by the name of Courtney and left her a voicemail. Also, without any approval, Nationwide Medical set up an auto-pay for my mother's supplies, even though she has always paid them by check for the past 5 years. By setting up an auto-pay without my mother's permission, they are performing theft. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and frustration, and do not use Nationwide Medical.

In response to the owner's reply: No, Courtney did not call back. Eventually, I was contacted by Angelique, who did send my mom the small cpap mask. However, only the mask was sent. So, my brother and I contacted Nationwide Medical again to tell them the strap and additional parts were not provided. In speaking with Anderson twice on 11/01/24, he was not at all helpful or knowledgeable. Anderson actually complained that several reps sent my mom product in October and he showed no concern or understanding that my mom was without a critical medical device to keep her breathing and alive during sleep. I sent Anderson two emails to provide pictures of the products we were sent and the prodcut booklet, as he requested. Anderson replied to say he still did not know what was missing. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told a supervisor was not available, so my mom had to wait until Monday to speak with a supervisor. I called back again, and Anderson answered the phone; I asked to speak with another rep, and Anderson said to call back, and hopefully, another rep will answer. I told Anderson his direction was not helpful, and I asked to be transferred to another rep who could help. My brother and I were connected to Jenny, who was helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted us via Zoom and was able to direct us on dismantling a part from the small mask to apply it to the medium mask. When Nationwide Medical sent the small mask, they sent no information or directions on how to do this. Although one rep was able to help in this case, our experience with Nationwide Medical has still been riddled with many errors on their part, which has caused great difficulties for my mom.

Therefore, it is best to avoid using Nationwide Medical and find a different medical supply provider.

My experience with Nationwide has been very positive. They shipped my device to me very quickly, then backed it up with easily available customer service.

In particular the respiratory therapist that they assigned to me, Mitchell Ball, has been outstanding. He is available by phone, email, or text and usually answer within an hour or two. I recommend him very highly!

Blake Ainsworth did a great job when I asked her for help regarding my CPAP machine. She was fast and efficient when arranging for me to come into Nationwide to have some guidance with the issues I was having with my equipment. Nationwide is lucky to have her!
