I loved the doctors but the reception was kind of weird. They said I needed to put a race down and immediately asked if I was white. I don’t even have white features, I’m just light skinned. It had caught me off guard and made me feel so weird that I don’t even think I answered her question right.

This place is so unprofessional, as doctors. You make an appointment and they cancel on the same date two hrs. Your schedule time,when appointment was confirmed 3 days in advance because the provider is not at the office. How you are not going to know a provider will be in or not before? Also, scheduling personnel just reschedule appointment without asking you if you want to change providers or locations.

I loved the office until I was running late due to medical conditions. Tried to call and no one answered. So I get to my appointment and Kiana at the front desk tells me I can no longer be seen due to the grace period. She had a horrible attitude, she was quick to cut me off, not give any solutions and not one customer service bone in her. It took everything in me not to reach over the counter and then schedule at a different office. Get people in the front reception that care about people and their health!! Do better!

If they tell you "oh that person isn't in the office" or. "Can I take your phone number? Will have someone call you back"

You're waisting your time, and they don't want to help you. They are just taking your phone number so you can feel special & leave. They won't call back

My medical experience here was not so good.
My Dental experience here has always been awesome. It's sucks that you can't make appts online, and you can only make dental appts on Monday at 8am, over the phone. Would be amazing if Native Health, jumped on the electronic age. But I can also see why they don't. All in all, I've had great dental experiences here.

I've been going here for a long time now and am constantly disappointed. I love Dr Dunnigan for my kids but otherwise nothing else is good about this place. Takes you months to get your referral & medication. Receptionist constantly act like they have no clue what is going on and are absolutely no help anytime I call. Phlebotomist was supposed to do a lab draw for my baby and had absolutely no clue what she was doing.
