If I could give 0 reviews I would. My sister who saw a girl that was having a difficult time breathing in the waiting area. My sister mentioned it the girl in window. They took my sister to the back and my sister told them they should help the little girl before my sister .My sister kept asking them to help her. They were literally laughing at my sister when she asked them to help the girl. Then the two ladies working at the nurses station told my sister she could leave after she got upset that they were laughing at her. So my sister asked for a names to file a complain in which they wouldnt provide at first. Then she asked for last names which they refused. They asked my sister to leave or the police would be called. The police were still called after my sister left the property. They literally were wasting police resource. My sister left the property when asked and waited for the police to arrive. The cops came asked what happened and said we were free to go. Imagine getting the cops called because you were asking them to help a little girl who can't breathe. That's just crazy and we will be filing a complaint with the company. This place is trash , please don't come here especially if you're having a hard time breathing. There's a reason they have two stars. As health care so called professionals they could have dealt with this a different way and acted professional. Looks like they never have a supervisor on duty either. Reading the other reviews they to were told there was no supervisor.

Horrible front desk, gave crazy attitude. Their policy apparently changes whenever they want based on how they feel. They will give you excuses on why you can’t be there. I came here to bring my brother, who they took twice with me present but somehow this time their “policy” is different and can’t take him in with me. The girl wouldn’t show me the policy even when i told her to check the system she lies about what id is on the file because his parents have never come into the clinic with him. Horrible clinic avoid this place they treat you however they want based on their mood. Wish i could give it a 0.

This place is the worst medical practice I have been to. Not only did ther provider go on lunch for 4 hours and stopped seeing people without letting any of the patients in the lobby know but after that 4 hour wait they called me up to tell me that my insurance wasn't in thier system and they didnt have the right manager there to add it so they wouldn't be able to see me. They said they couldn't take me in now and do it later either. In my accident I also hit my head fairly hard and no asked about it or checked then just sent me away

I was traveling through Sacramento and experienced severe chest pain, pins and needles, nausea, fatigue, and headaches, so I stopped here to see if they could help. Big mistake. While the receptionist was lovely and the technician who performed a quick ekg was nice, the on-call nurse (whose name i cant remember but look Filipina maybe) was horrible and honestly has no business working in Healthcare. They ONLY performed an ekg and did nothing else to investigate the issue before accusing me of simply being anxious or lying to get pain meds. They performed no additional tests and didn't even ask about my recent history. In fact, the nurse never looked up from her chart and couldn't have spent more than 3 minutes talking to me. She honestly seemed annoyed that i was even there. My symptoms continued for another week before I eventually figured out by googling that I was dangerously hypoglycemic due to an overactive pancreas caused by cutting weight too quickly. I mixed more carbs into my diet, and the symptoms immediately went away! Anyway, don't waste your time and money coming here. If it feels life-threatening, go to the ER, or just Google it.

My son 5 year old was so sick to throwing up they waiting 2 hours after checkup dr. Very rude and not telling to us what’s going on to my son dr.checking to my checking same time when he Vomiting dr.just check only 30 seconds and not letting us what’s going on and talk to with us do go this urgent care location all staff very rude…

If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Wait Time:
Don’t even worry about asking them what the wait time is because they refuse to tell you. But let me do you the favor and tell you myself. You can expect to wait at least an hour and a half before you’re seen. Got a bad cut? You can expect to bleed out and die before they get to you.

Doctor:
Sheryl is truly unprofessional. My daughter was told she would receive her results in 2-3 days. We are not on day 5. They said they would call with the results, but my daughter had to call to get one test result that they received the day prior to her reaching out. When I confronted Sheryl about, she became dismissive, aggressive, and rude. She then hung up the phone in my face. It took the lord himself to convince me not to go up there and confront her myself. Her behavior as a health providers is truly disturbing. May her clinic go under.

Environment:
If you’re already sick or healthy and you go into this clinic, you can expect to leave feeling worse. There is dirt all on the walls and floor. Their chairs are worn down and dirty, and there is no separation to prevent sick people from sitting next to each other.

Save yourself time and peace. Do not go here.

I went into this facility hoping to bypass the emergency room. I was in excruciating pain from a UTI. I waited for approximately 40 minutes only for the receptionist to tell me that she couldn’t verify my health coverage and she told me that if I wanted to be seen by the doctor, I had to pay $160 up front. Honestly, I was in so much pay, I paid it. I then had to paid $35 before I was handed a urine sample cup. The receptionist wasn’t willing to bill my insurance or me at a future date. The only good news is that I ended up contacting my insurance company and they said that they will reimburse me. The insurance agent said, “I don’t think the receptionist tried hard enough to get the approval. There’s an after hours phone number to call.”

This was the worst and most fraudulent medical experience I have ever had. The physician was extremely rude, dismissive of my symptoms and did not conduct any tests nor even help me. I communicated my symptoms and physician was very rude, argumentative and told me she couldn’t help me and told me to go to the ER
