I just had an excellent massage with Jamie at Natural Wellness Massage. Jamie was fantastic—truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Laura is the ultimate healer! After an amazing two hour massage on Christmas, for the first time in 4 months, I was pain free! Having undergone a full knee replacement recently, I was a little wary of having her massage the area. I explained what was going on, and she took everything I said to heart and worked her magic! Oh… and thanks to the half price Christmas Day special, I ventured out into the two hour massage arena. I’m hooked!

I’m so pleased to praise the Natural Wellness Massage Owners and Staff. Having visited only twice all I have to say is the grateful support of an owner who also a healer and so generous with her time on my first visit. Then my second visit having the pleasure of getting a massage from Lara Moore. Went in with a bad back, but she found it was in my hip and shoulder area which I wasn’t even feeling. Tears and joy all at once when the pain went away.

I have been searching for a massage therapist for over a year since I moved up here to the Auburn area. And I have to say I have found the perfect place. Jessa was hands down amazing, best 90 minute cupping massage I've had a long time. Having a steam sauna afterwards was a bonus. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who was looking for complete relaxation and hands that know what they're doing.

Had a 90 minute massage with Lara followed by time in the steam room. Quiet, peaceful environment. Relaxing music. Lara checked in about pressure and areas that needed particular attention (it’s always neck, shoulders, back). I liked that she was focused and not chatty during the massage. I really got to relax. Left feeling restored and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Just went to Lara and she was amazing! I mean- hands down best massage I have ever gotten. I really am not just saying that. She got in all my pain points in my lower back and I feel so much relief. Already booked with her next week. Judith is just as amazing too!
